  2. @DMT Elf It might be missed or underestimated, just how ‘sticky’ conceptual “teachings” (rhetoric of ego / spiritual ego) can be
 is. That there is a you which can or can’t, does or doesn’t, will or won’t ‘escape beliefs’ is the belief. Beliefs are the veil, the activity of thought. Of course it ‘must’ be said ‘imo’ 🙂 
 but ‘it’ is most definitely not about ‘having the right or best or highest quality beliefs’
 beliefs are beliefs. By definition beliefs aren’t true. There aren’t “levels” of beliefs
 “levels” is a belief. As was said, jump into the mirage (inspect) to see it is actually the desert, vs calling the desert by the mirage. There is no difference between “the highest quality greatest beliefs of all time” lol, and believing the thought ant is perception, or that there is “perception”. There is literally no such thing as an accurate model of reality; the ‘model’ is reality ‘too’. That is thought attachment. That in & of itself is rhetoric. This is the “cult” factor, and beliefs are why no one ‘in’ a cult can hear that. ‘It’ really is ‘this’. (There’s no one ‘in’ a cult, it’s just group / shared belief, which is a not noticing of this factor, which is non inspection). “Value” (and purpose & meaning) is a real ‘stickler’ imo. Not in an “admin” or “moderating” sense

 It’s about what the bubbles are made of, not about replacing bubbles with someone else’s ‘better’ bubbles. That is what conjecture is. Illustratively, the bubble on the left is filled with beliefs, the bubble on the right is clarity or, ‘seeing reality as it is’. Actual wakefulness, nonduality. Notice the sphere on the left can barely even be seen through. What’s seen there (left sphere) is the bubbles - not ‘reality as it is’. “Vapid”, “Lacking in social acuity”, “his big heart”, “the problem”, “failure”, “lack”. 😂 Seeing ‘it’? The manipulation? See why & how “trust” is employed / used? Notice private messages shared without consent

  3. Well, IMO 🙂 it’s a ‘where you’re at on your path’ really. Not right vs wrong. The implied duality of a knower and a known is like the implied duality of a ‘one who is ready or not ready’, or one who could lack or be lacking. I wouldn’t say meditation ‘get’s one ready’, it’s more of a falling away of thought attachment, namely, about ‘that separate self’. “The one” who could know or not, or be ready for some thing or not. A recognition or seeing through the thought narrative of. But please don’t take that as any implication that there’s a rush, or that ‘where you’re at’ is anything other than divine & perfect. There are infinite ‘ways to go’. One, is using the emotional scale, and realizing why loneliness isn’t on there. I would suggest it’s because it’s a self referential concept, and not an emotion. The key difference is in the feeling of the guidance. If loneliness is ‘held’ to be an emotion, what get’s potentially missed, is
 which emotion am I feeling in regard to this concept, ‘loneliness’.
  4. Bliss is about as close as description can get. Might be a helpful distinction
 with psychedelic trips, there are typically ‘glimpses’ which are then ‘held’ to be an experience in a past with notions (activity of thought) as to what ‘it’ was or is, or what I am
 and thus ‘spiritual ego’ or, “the knower of”
 whereas with cessation, typically from the practice, there isn’t experience, notions, psychedelic trips, glimpses, a ‘new ego’, knower”, or ‘new knowledge / meta’
 (because these thoughts don’t arise). If consciousness is prior to anything, is fearsome, is loneliness, is memory, can feel something, if there is something to know, etc, then consciousness isn’t infinite. Practically speaking, two cents
 if loneliness is of concern don’t focus on dualistic activity of thought like self & other, existentialism, etc.. develop a creative talent, such that time alone is a joy and a blessing. ‘Connection’ is a duality that falls away as well, but so to speak, that is what is most connective, as that is expression. Likewise, when anything is said about consciousness, such as consciousness is lonely, look at the life and at least consider it could be thought attachment & projection. Not to judge, more
 not to be mislead & influenced.

Crazy at first. 😊 Considering that perspective can help you see everything added to it, and extract all the juice & clarity with respect to what you’re actually wanting. Also consider, your original perspective isn’t true either. But one resonates with infinite intelligence (and not so much with the ego). Can always use more of that in life. đŸ€

  8. The feeling you are is unthinkably better than an idea of you feels. Unfettering, liberating, can initially be a difficult & tumultuous experience. To ‘extract the juice’, try the perspective of ‘I had a wonderful experience with a true friend

 with you? Can an equation made of middle ground be solved such that a middle ground is reached or found? What if love, pain & suffering are common sense? A practical solution given the belief in separation and thus the rarity of siddhis, might be life swapping. Like that old tv show Wife Swap, but just someone else’s life for a month. Not a tv show, just doing all their stuff. A critique, that higher than & lower than / above or below thinking can be a stickler. If I raised my kids telling them all criticism is untenable, and criticized them daily, I’d go broke from their therapy.
  10. Feeling of truth and inspiration doesn’t come & go. This is your own true nature. Thoughts, come & go, and can of course seem to obscure the true nature. Receive the emotional guidance of doubt & insecurity. Look to the thoughts
’what am I’m thinking which doesn’t resonate?’ The discord is with the thoughts about, and not with the books, content, or what anyone says or wrote. With specific regard to the thought ‘I feel like am I bullshitting myself’, nonduality / not two, is a much better pointer than ‘Oneness’. In receiving the pointing of not two, that thought is inspected for validity. That might sound like, ‘am I the I bullshitting
 or am I the myself being bullshitted?’ The ‘point’ is to notice that is a thought about ‘two me’s’, and that is not actually ‘two me’s’. Also, it might be most effective to put those books on hold and research / read info on insecurity and address that directly. Favor attention on the ‘I don’t know’ and remain open minded
 vs projecting onto books and or illusion, as if asserting upon you, ‘keeping you from actual truth & peace’. Since you are what actual truth & peace is, that thought / thinking will feel off to you. The thought ‘my being’ can also be inspected in the not-two manor. Question the underlying belief; that there is a me and this book(s). The scientific investigation - ‘what is a body, brain & book made of most fundamentally’ might be fruitful. Also, notice the plurality of ‘if these books are illusions’, and consider singularity & not-two. ‘If the body, brain & book are illusory
 what is real? What is it which is appearing as all of this, the whole or entitirety of experience?’ If Oneness is The Truth, then there are these thoughts of these “things”
 yet there are not actually separate things. In the same sense all of the things mentioned there are included in reality, ‘they’ are included in Oneness, or, Nonduality. Consider the approach of neti neti, ‘not me, not me’, for every “thing”
 and also favor thoughts of inclusion. Analogously
 imagine all of what you’re mentioning, including the thoughts and the expression of, are made out of legos. Then
 ‘what is the truth, the true nature, of, legos?’. Also, are you trying these things out? Directly experiencing vs only reading about? Maybe try a Reiki class & some crystals, see how it is. Maybe a retreat and or trip, etc. Direct experience(s). 🙂 Inspect, see through, and therein dispell & relinquish the insecurity & doubt
 by receiving the guidance, and acknowledging the discord is about the thoughts focused on about this. Pick thoughts which resonate more. If at a loss - be humble and acknowledge what is true for you so to speak
 “I don’t know”. Let any “figuring out” go. The Truth is not figure-out-able. Rather than looking to something to make you feel better - notice thoughts which don’t feel good. This is like the ever present empty clear sky
 and the passing clouds. Good feeling does not come & go. Discordant & aligned thoughts come & go. That’s a thought, which is an expression of what you want to experience. Create those experience which you want. Schedule them, order them, etc. Then this is a self referential thought. Inspect perception & feeling
 ‘where is the I which is said to be bullshitting
 and where is the myself which is said to possibly be being bullshitted?’. More specifically
 what, where, who is this “I” which isn’t what good feeling and peace is
 which can’t feel it’s own true nature without an “it”? Inspect for actual separation. Actually, really, try to find actual separation
 such as an actual separation between perception (seeing, hearing)
 knowing there is seeing & hearing
 and awareness of this knowing. ‘Look’ in direct experience, as compared to ‘figuring it out’ in thoughts. It can be most helpful to recognize the thought that there is separation as a belief which has not yet been inspected
 and to physically point to the actual separation. I’d also consider, from a most zoomed out / biggest picture view
. Is something coming up & out from daily morning meditation & using the scale
. But I am trying to ‘get’ the truth from books etc
 vs allowing whatever it is to come up & out, to be seen, understood, healed, and dispelled. It is true on all fronts, logical, rational and literal
 ‘when all beliefs are inspected & dispelled; only The Truth could remain’. Also, for what’s it’s worth (as you read this, it’s acknowledged here it only amounts to opinion / suggestion / a pointing)
 everything & anything you’ve heard about Truth which is scary, negative, concerning, discordant, ‘hard to swallow’, etc, etc - is utter ignorance, arrogance & complete horseshit. “Someone’s” neglected shadow work ‘made into’ a “teaching”. Namely, for money, and or sex, and or self image, and or a surface level self esteem.
  11. @Forza21 You’re unthinkable goodness. 🙂 It’s a weird conundrum. Seek on, until there is absolutely no doubt. Suffering disappears under the light of inspection, without exception. When there is thinking there is suffering, check perception & feeling, actually find it, literally. Find the self which suffers, and or inspect directly into the feeling which thought labels suffering. If it sounds like horseshit & smells like horseshit, just step over it. Let people work their own horseshit out. If they don’t want to inspect
 then that is what is, and it is perfection. Helping others is a thoughtless đŸ€ thing to do.

 a belief is a thought repeatedly given attention, vs something which believes. No thing. Your infinitude. Exactly the same. Awareness is they, vs they are aware. Awareness doesn’t need, or have, something to be aware of.
