  1. Deep down its fear of existence itself. The prison of mind identification seems (keyword "seems") way better than the ungrounded ground of existence. It's like the guy from the matrix who'd rather taste the fake steak than see the real world.
  2. Feeling whatever arises now is more than enough.
  3. The "doer" is an after thought, it's implied that there's someone doing the breathing. But this observation will not take away the felt sensation that you label as "doing". So I wouldn't worry about whether you're doing anything or not. It would be like lifting 100 pounds of weight and being like oh no one's doing this 😂.
  4. You may naturally be learning what Equnimity is now. Sometimes it's super sunny and other times it rains, yet I don't hear the earth upset about it, or preferring one over the other. What if there was literally no difference to you whether you were experiencing "magic" or ordinariness.
  5. Yes, "sense" as in sensation or feeling. Integration relates to emotion/whatever feelings arise. Anytime you begin to "integrate" ideas or mind stuff, you aren't actually doing any of the "work". We integrate whatever feelings we are trying to distance ourselves from.
  6. Integration is fully allowing whatever we are resisting to "come in" and no longer reacting to it or fighting it. This path isn't about being good, it's about Being Whole. A complete human being. And usually as a result we naturally become more benevolent.
  7. As unpleasant as the mind thinks it is, sink into the fear feeling. Feel it deeply even if it's uncomfortable. And so what if people are looking at you? Maybe they are. Who knows? Just don't give a shit. And you'll probably realize they never looked at you in the first place.

    Okay so youre experiencing anger. Whats wrong with anger? Why does anything have to be done about how youre feeling? Whatever emotion(s) youre experiencing are perfectly fine/natural and have their own lifespan. As for whatever event unfolded this is how wisdom develops and you will be stronger for it in the long run. But you will have to face the consequences of whatever happened. I still am after a year...
  11. Temptation is simply aversion. Not wanting to feel what IS and instead running into thoughts or really any pleasurable behavior.
