  1. Yes, a bit. I'd like to just get over with it, to know the truth already.
  2. Insecurity/guilt/unworthiness and disappointment.
  3. I'm not sure. Worry, doubt or fear/anxiety. Kind of a mix of many emotions perhaps.
  4. These kinds of threads are quite alright. People get angry. People project. People call names. It's okay. Let things fall into place.
  5. @Phil The same theme is running through me once again. Truth, knowing, 'being sure'. I read Bible a bit a few days ago. Been thinking what if christianity is truth. What if there is a devil who is trying to fool me. What if I just need to mindlessly trust the Bible, even if it makes no rational sense. Maybe the devil is rationality. Or maybe God is rationality and the devil is making me feel unsure, doubt myself. See the pickle? Who can I trust? You? Sadhguru? Ramana Maharshi? Leo? The Bible? Quran? Myself? I literally just don't know. I have no idea. This seems like a brick wall. No way through. No way under. What to do? I don't know. So I'll just be here now. This is probably a bit of a silly question, but I still want to ask it. Have you really been where I'm at? Have you gone through this brick wall? What I'm asking is basically that do you really "know the truth"? If so... Let me ask, how did you get through it? What is the way here? And what is on the other side of this brick wall?
  6. What is nonduality? What is spirituality / the path? What's the point?
  7. @Forza21 πŸ™πŸ™ @Aware Wolf Wow. Thank you. Will definetely check out your recommendations.
  8. @Cupcake Use the ignore-option. You will not see anything from him on this forum.
  9. @Cupcake You can ignore users on Account -> Ignored users
  10. @Orb πŸ‘ There is a ton of arguments and philosophy as to why he is not responsible, how there is disclaimers etc, but you just smell the unhonesty.
  11. πŸ™πŸ™β€οΈ I'm not sure. But I think it's best to begin the healing from oneself. I mean 'cut cords' with Actualized, not feed attention to it anymore, and align with wellbeing. "Where focus goes, energy flows." Wellbeing and goodness eventually pours over for others.
  12. I'd like to learn more about what Jesus really did, who he was, what he shared. Is there any good books that talk about Jesus and christianity from a nondual standpoint? Is there any info about Jesus before he started sharing his wisdom? I mean how did he learn all the stuff, did he have a guru? Is there any records of his life along with the usual Bible? I know Gospel of Thomas, but is there others? Do you have anything interesting to share about this subject? I feel a bit peculiar about Jesus. I really know nothing about him but I still feel this immense energy from him. I don't know, I kinda want to 'follow' him. Anyone else feeling this?
  13. @Lester Retsel I had trouble with suicidal thoughts when I got confused with Actualized content. A bad trip started it. Deluded, psychotic thought patterns telling me I had to literally commit suicide in order to prove I was worthy, fearless, egoless, pure. Had to spend time in psych ward and take antipsychotics. It was the most brutal and horrifying time in my life. What really started the healing process was forgiveness and compassion. In other words, letting go thoughts/beliefs like "I am not enough" or "I am guilty" etc. There is no need to prove my worth. Once the healing started to really kick off, started recognizing why Actualized played a role and what was wrong there so to say. Not playing psychological analysis here, but I'm quite sure Leo is suffering from the same beliefs I did. Which is why I resonated with Actualized to begin with. The thing with compassion and forgiveness is that if you cannot forgive others, it means you cannot forgive yourself. If you judge others, you judge yourself. You literally hurt yourself, and then hurt others.
  14. Sounds good πŸ™‚ Do you notice anything special in crystals? Have you charged them, do you cleanse them?
  15. !!! What other words would you say points 'most accurately' to this infinite being?
  16. @Mandy Bought a deck today 😌 Earth Magic. Thanks for the suggestion, really feeling it. Are you interested in crystals? I've been experimenting with them lately and there really seem to be something there. If so, check out howlite. I'm feeling really good about that one. Just wanted to share this for some reason. It seems to "point toward" the Self, feeling, stillness, relaxation, letting go.
  17. Just a thing that came to mind... If you look "directly" at feeling, without categorizing (good feeling or bad feeling, anger, joy, fear, boredom... etc.) and without conceptualizing (this is a neurological state, this is hormones serotonin/dopamine) but directly into feeling right here now in actuality, what is it? What is feeling? Where does it come from? Does it have edges? Have you ever felt anything else than... Self?
  18. Appreciating Sadhguru. Starting to resonate with the guy more.
  19. Rather than starting your day thinking that πŸ‘†, do you find anything on the computer and internet you might feel even a bit excited about, something to look forward to? Maybe a new video from a youtuber you like, maybe a new game, a new article, a new episode of a good show, an interesting thread/discussion on a forum...? Maybe rather than trying to get to some result in those dates, focus simply in having good time. A really simple way to make yourself feel better is to pay attention on how you sit, stand, and move. Sit in a comfortable position. Take your shoes off. Relax. Strech your arms etc. Rather than thinking about failing to take action or stuff you think you already know, focus on expressing authentically how you feel. What you probably want, is essentially to feel free, the relief and excitenment. What comes to mind about feeling free, how about going for a long walk every now and then? There's sometimes something very peculiar in just walking outside, somewhere where you usually don't spend time in. The big world is literally right outside your room. Maybe spending a night in a tent somewhere? Or in a hotel? Just to get that sense of freedom and self-reliance, adventure. Do you know Esther Hicks? She might be a great resource for you.
  20. @Phil @Mandy πŸŒ³πŸŒ³πŸŒ³πŸŒ³πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š Your conversation is giving crazy butterfly energy bursting for my stomach center Sadhguru too: https://www.consciousplanet.org/
  21. @Mandy Whatchu think of not eating animals? Just a few days ago I read some posts from a vegan instagram account and damn, it kind of is not very good to eat animals I think. I mean they're so cute. Each animal is an individual. All they want is to have good time, like we do. I don't think humans need to eat meat at all. Nah, mother earth ain't that stupid. Millions and billions of animals just to be killed in factories for food and money?!?? If they were meant to be food, why make them so cute and lovable??? No, they're here to be free, loved and cared for. Anyway, about the original post, fresh pressed orange juice in the morning πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜‹ (held under sunlight for a moment)
