    No. They seem to come from looking forward to some desire/goal. It could be something with others but not from them. Not sure what you mean it sheds light on? Doesn't fit at all. Its the opposite. Nice pointing. More and more. Now there is no person to benefit, but yes that it will "help" in actualizing my dream of experiencing what i want. Girlfriend/Abundance etc etc Is Changa on your list? 5Meo and mushrooms been great so far. Aya also. Really great list, much appreciated. Will go into that again. Any breathwork recommendation?

    Might be worth looking into what is believed about drugs. Mushrooms and Ketamine are the only substances that are worth doing for anything. Rest just gives almost instant discordant feeling but with some belief slip maybe. Yes heavy. Not as in any desire/craving to take a drug again but more as in tiredness, changing moods etc etc. Also comes from the alcohol (almost worse actually). I didn't do drugs for 2 month before, but if drunk it can still be hard to say no if chance comes. What about frustration, as how that thought / belief feels, and it not being related to people at all? Possible? I feel doubt thats the only belief at play, but its worth looking at that one. If its that "quick" to pull the rug i hope so. Validation maybe rings most true of those. Connection also. Post is long i just read, will continue the reply tomorrow. Really nice thank you🙏

    Well i did a weekend binge this weekend. Surfacing a lot of crap in the end of it that i still feel the vibration of what that brought. Its better now and i was in a very good place before and had a next level flowing night before taking it way too far. What i am left with is still the frustrating feeling that other "people" can make me feel insecurity, unworthiness etc (beliefs). Drugs/alcohol or not, thats bullshit. Some beliefs about it being possible to fail, or that there is pressure to be someone. I have something to live up to. Beliefs like that seems to ring very true for me. I just kind of stepped in the hole and now i want to at least learn from the experience. Of course not stepping in the whole again would be great. Is there a self who can feel better or worse Does time exist How to REALLY see through beliefs?

    @PhilExpressing thoughts and emotions most of the time make me feel a lot “better” (‘going up the scale’). But its like the same things are necessary to Express all the time. Same thoughts etc. why is that?
  5. Hey there. Hope its alright i'm jumping in here 💚 Maybe it would be "helpful" to aknowledge how those thoughts make you feel? Seems like a lot of emotions are behind the thoughts
  6. The concept of us being humans being a part of "nature" is also odd when you think about it. If we look back 2000 years saying we would be flying around in space that would sound completely impossible. The concept of being a part of nature sounds very limited when in reality everything is possible and "we" are something completely undefineable.
  7. Breathing deeply and relaxing the body as much as possible will most likely reveal where you might be suppressing. The body reacts to suppression with contracting, so relaxing and softening is the way to go. Don't need to focus on anything in particular, just relax your body and mind and emotions will surface to have a look at
  8. I know exactly what you mean. I think thats what i also compare my reality to and feel disappointment often when things dont look like that, or if people don’t reflect that. feeling bored and just being in whatever is the new!

  11. I just feel excitement with the thought of being different things, acting in certain ways, which to some may be interpreted in different ways. Thoughts of it being to show off comes up and guilt being felt. This seems like you have to be this nice, polite, almost bit boring "person". The surprise of being someone seems way more fun to me.
  12. This rings so true. How could anyone or anything be more important or interesting than one's own inner landscape. How crazy to believe that. Giving all the fun away. Having started this path on behalf of an ego drive to be become better than others and "win", its easy to keep the deception going. I guess there is only to become aware and let it go like everything else
  13. Sounds very good. But it would take for people to educate themselves on a broad range of topics. Maybe thats still far from where we are at.
  14. What do you mean thoughts are not in perception? Where else would they be. Feeling/sensation seems to be separated from perception. Vision/feeling seems to exist on two different planes so to speak, therein some separation.

You want to sit here and argue all day long completely oblivious to the futility of it for you and everyone else.
  18. Good questions. First of, i have no idea what enlightenment is, how can i be it? I sometimes trick myself into believing i do when its spoken about, but if its contemplated, i really have no idea. Second question "Whats holding you back?" is also really powerful. What holds me back from creating and feeling what i really want.
  19. @Alexander Sometimes when i fall into the trap of believing its a very serious matter, it seems like a struggle and i feel some discord around the whole topic. Its supposed to be fun and interesting like everything else you want to do, but sometimes when it comes to "enlightenment talk" it seems like its different and has to be approached very seriously, maybe believing that its possible to improve "yourself". Its good to take a break for a few days once in a while to find new inspiration also.
  20. When the energy cramps up, that is when you know you are doing the right thing. Keep focus on the feeling and relax as much as possible and breath from the stomach. It will have a "peak" and then start to fade away and you will see what magic was underneath it all the time. Follow the emotion/energy moving around and don't stop when it contracts, if possible. If you start to do this as a practice, you will start to feel excited when you meet stuck energy / emotion since you will quickly find out how much love is waiting for you underneath.
