  1. I experience what seems to be heavy attachment and clinging to a specific person and the outcome of the situation. My mind is constantly comparing the situation to my friend and how he is doing with her etc. I feel every emotion from anger, jealousy, blame, frustration, discouragement. Its a real bitch and im hitting some low point right now as there is just this constant heavyness of emotion being carried around. Hard to focus or want to do anything. I want to let it go, but nothing seems to be working in that regard for me. I consider saying i need a break for some weeks from working to not get reminded all the time, but i hope i can find a better way of just not caring so much. What is this crazy attachment and clingyness The ego is just putting up a crazy inside show but i feel exhausted from going through
  2. Hey peeps. I have a music label called "No-self" translated. I didn't come up with it, or knew what it meant to begin with. Very synchronistic. Anyways, we are going to press some t-shirts. What could be ideas for picturing "no-self, anat-man, anatta"? We will have someone paint it afterwards Could be a person without a face. Best inspiration will have a t-shirt sent!

  6. This is the misunderstanding. These are thoughts. How the thoughts feel is the guidance. Focus on feeling, not thoughts.
  7. @RoseAnd also, you don't think thoughts. You attract them with your focus. So focusing on certain thoughts will continue to give you more of that. LoA .. Thats why if you have a "negative" momentum the best thing to do is meditate, go for a fun / fast walk etc. Anything to get focus away from thoughts as the momentum is misaligned.
  8. Eating food gives you anxiety? Living in a house gives you anxiety? Thinking about getting murdered might give you "anxiety". Thinking about getting hit by a car as well, or falling down the stairs, or.. or... how does that focus feel though? What is source telling you
  9. Why are you creating what you are creating now? Not following or understanding the guidance. They don't.. Maybe "old persons"believing a lot of crap do. Sounds great. And why are you not fully immersed when you are with your friends or doing what you are doing now?
  10. Pure fun and enjoyment. There is no end goal. Yes what? your guidance might be telling you that you focus on misaligned "things" follow your guidance and it will all make sense You are not going crazy. This is a thought, and its probably not aligned in creating what you want, and you feel that. What do you want to create and experience if everything was possible?
  11. Feeling decides what happens in the movie? Which is not separate from the movie
  12. Discordant beliefs triggers feelings in the body. I experience a lot of thoughts causing discordant feelings. Is it necessary to find the beliefs by writing them out, or can you just feel the emotion that comes up, and eventually the belief vanishes (not even being fully aware what it was). It seems like that has been the case, but i feel uncertain that i am just suffering by feeling the emotions coming up without questioning anything. I have a tough time letting go of discordant thoughts recently. Its about a woman there seems to be strong attachment to. Attachment to the outcome. Worrying about whats happening with the situation. I want to just feel good and let it go and let god.
  13. At times when i've been able to focus on breathing deeply from the stomach for a long time to really gain momentum, magic ensued all around me and i felt so incredible. That somehow is not always "easy", like some emotions and thoughts continue to exist and cause discord even through continues deep breathing focus. That i am the dooer, "pushing" my stomach in and out while being aware of it seems to be the case. I can do it half out or full out. Is that not a dooing? I feel frustration and impatience. I feel pessimism.
  14. 1. Meditation in the morning, sometimes evening. 2. Sitting feeling into the body/mind. Focusing and giving space to whatever arises or seems to be there. Most incredible change has happened from that practice.. deep trauma healing. 3. Walking, being present and aware of thoughts and seeing 4. Journaling. Recently trying to make more fun with "my own" situation helps to not take it all so serious

  16. Makes sense, but.. This sounds like i can just swap channels and watch a new movie whenever i like. Lets say i kill someone and go to prison (In the movie). I don't want to watch a movie of a guy in a cell for a lifetime duration. You telling me i can just play another movie then? In the same way, this movie is playing. If i piss people off, it might have consequences, and yes nobody is ultimately hurt because there is noone. But there is still only this thing to care about. 1 movie not a whole catalouge to swap between
  17. So they are creating the experience of helping a cancer patient so to speak. Takes some of the "doing good" away from it though. Sounds like all doctors are just doing something completely meaningless just for their own sake And then again, there are no doctors or patients. But this just seems not like something i would want to go into with "anyone"
  18. What would you say to someone who study the brain to help brain-cancer patients. How is any of this "helpful" in that regard? "There is no brain, there are no cells, there is nobody who can know the purpose of this experience".. Would probably make me extremely unpopular to be around and have people leave if i shared that perspective. I would like to be able to talk about these matters as a "helpful" thing (just words, trying to communicate, don't nitpick everything here), but i would really struggle to make sense of it. That there are no people makes sense, but i want to uplift "people" not put them down as this is what it seems like. Do you see what i mean?
  19. Yes, very nice. I feel like its the same with just being aware of the relationship between certain thoughts and corresponding feelings. At some point you just get bored of it after all the struggle, and stop going down that route.

  21. I guess basicly what you feel, you can transmit to the other person. So being and feeling how you want the other person to feel is the way to go i guess
