I will not say it affects everyone, im sure you can use it and be okay, but for me it doesn't workout. There are also many studies showing that it has detrimental effects on the brain. Everyone has there preferences. Like if I said everyone must quit porn that would be problematic. But it's the same as saying porn is completely fine and everyone can do it! See what I mean? I think too much is being made from it honestly. The power of suggestion these narratives have can be internalized in weird ways to make you believe you have a problem you don't really have. Careful about the "no fap" thing though...I think that whole narrative is pretty toxic too. I think if you can please yourself that way without the assistance of porn that could also be very healthy. Oh no worries, this is more of a "me" thing, I don't associate with the nofap movement and I agree it's pretty neurotic. I'm not for or against porn, just saying it's not my preference.
