  1. My life, although not perfect, is quite 'fine tuned' even my social media doesn't show people like the one you mention, I never heard of him until today in this post. I unfollow everyone but the few people who's postings and shadings I value, which is a very fine few. This way I do not see much unnecessary 'junk' that is irrelevant and does not serve me. Nowadays social media has many 'adds' so I find myself hardly using them anymore for these reasons and then you only end up scrolling and over-stimulation eventually results. Keep it simple 🙂
  2. Its always most important to follow your body-consciousness above all else. Allow Intuition to guide you on what your body needs rather than what you hear or believe. Many people will often need a lot of time to fully transition into a lighter diet / lifestyle so it will always be a gradual process for most, like to slowly cut out things that no longer serve you and the greater good. What you could do is try lesser 'dense' or karmic foods like sustainably raised animal products than factory farmed (which hold a lot of negative karma / suffering) that will have to be dealt with, and things like fish, sea foods or vegetation or ethically sourced eggs are a lighter option, or sometimes even more fattier plant-based foods like avocado, coconut, durian ect.. Potatoes or root vegetables sometimes help too as they are some of the more 'denser' vegetables and relate to grounding and strength, often you will find its not always the 'meat' you need, but sometimes it may be the case (to consume animal products infrequently) as you are still in transitional phase. Dark leafy greens and nuts are said to be especially related to 'strength' and 'grounding'. A few handful of greens and raw nuts a day should do it, and if you don't like greens pack them into your protein shake or smoothie with other foods to 'mask' the taste. So your cellular matrix may still require some animal products until further DNA activation is achieved. One step at a time, you slowly cut things out and find a similar replacement that is similar in density. Often when leaving meat and animal products we need to replace with more fatty foods and proteins that will allow us to feel more grounded and stable as lighter foods will tend to activate and detoxify us quite rapidly, and some people are not always prepared for this, which can cause shock and trauma, thus resulting in the returning back to more animal products or even into such things as a result of trauma-backlash like the 'carnivore diet' which is absolutely opposite of the natural human diet because we are clearly not 'felines'. I see it this way, feeling 'energized' and 'alive' is first and foremost and naturally, eventually results to being 'strong' if you utilize in that way. Gaining larger muscles is a completely different category to being truly strong, some of the strongest people I know don't always have big muscles.

  4. I understand, I personally disagree and am repelled by the use of chemicals in the clothes, household or the body. I find they interfere with energy and flow of all organic life and tend to create toxins in environment thus discord, which interferes with our ability to function at our best. You can definitely find some higher quality ones if you know where to look and again, how sensitive you are depends on how healthy you are, so less becomes more. When it comes to Essential Oils, I rarely buy online unless I know the Source well. One bottle can last me years if you are very 'efficient' with use. I most use in diffuser as my skin naturally smells nice. I eat a lot of fruits and no junk food. Glad you found what works for you 🙂

For example when someone is playing out a form or behavior that appears to "trigger" you, this is often a representation of a 'shadow' you have disowned and or not integrated within yourself, maybe a part of yourself that you do not like or accept, so it manifests in the (outer-reflections) until you learn to love and accept it unconditionally, thus Integration occurs. Now no one is saying to tolerate abusive behavior, if this is the case you can still make peace with it and gracefully move on with your life but it is usually a call for deeper self-investigation, why is this triggering me, who is this triggering, if you get to the root cause of things, many of these triggers and issues tend to dissolve, and ultimately the deeper you go into yourself and realization your truest nature, most of the human things cease to have any effect or power over you whatsoever. It takes some practice but with practice and general application, wisdom is born and things only get simpler and simpler for you and life. Yes that is common for most humans who still think they are this' persona' or 'identity' and it is quite a prison the ego-mind creates within itself until it has experiences which allow it sees beyond itself and then can easily let most, if not all of these things go. Do you ever gossip about others behind their backs? We are all doing our best to help one another see better and feel fuller 🙂

  7. I don't use any perfumes but rather prefer completely natural products like Essential Oils. Some of my favorites are Spike Lavender, Holy Frankincense and Peppermint 🙂
  8. Dark theme is a good idea, I feel its better for the eyes, especially for Night Owls, or even Amber/non-bluelight theme.

  11. @spiritual dreams For Energy & Fatigue I would look into Astragalus, Shilajit, Schizandra and Chaga mushroom are some of my favorite adaptogens.   12. Another way you could see it is that you created a toxic environment and your dreams were reflecting the bodies processing of these toxins, so to speak. Sleeping at a casino only adds to that discord. The evil and evil force in your dream is just the toxic fumes you probably ingested pared with the dense energy of casino hotel rooms. There are many shamanic tools you can use to help cleanse and realign energies like rattles, palo santo or mapacho. As above so below, as within so without. All is reflection.

  14. Thanks for sharing. First of all I would be cautious of using terms like (stage blue person). This is all minds play and puts you deeper into the illusion by further separating / dissecting consciousness, comparing, categorizing, compartmentalizing ect... and thus is a judgment in itself, thus puts you in the vibration of that which you are judging. Her close-mindedness 'rubbing off' on you is a limiting 'belief' you are buying into. She is currently reflecting your "shadow" and it is about seeing and accepting it as it is. Always be wise with your actions and wordings, but it would be unwise to ever limit yourself. By limiting your true self you rob them the opportunity to see and experience the fullness of who you are, which has the greatest potential for anyone's growth and expansion by direct reflection. Seeing things as "flaw" is a judgement of Self. There are no flaws, creation makes no mistakes, infinite intelligence is. Freedom of Being is all about Total Acceptance of all aspects of self/creation. Love ~

Many ask me this question, if this was your last day on earth what would you do differently, and in all honesty, nothing, I will live exactly how I am naturally living, allowing the unfolding tao to be as it is, this way I am Eternal, I own my Immortality 🙂 Sri Tat Wale Baba foresaw his own murderer kill him many years prior to the actual event and did not change a single thing. The Self is everpresent.

  17. I would simplify it further by saying: Wherever you go, there you are. Its really all about Presence. Enlightenment is Ever-presence.
  18. A simple observation can show that the body may need or is calling for a fast? Listen to your body, if fresh fruit or fruit juice does not work then maybe you need to just fast on teas and water for the time being and allow the body to heal / rest / regenerate. We can go many months without food so its not an issue to take a little break. Sometimes we need to break old cycles and habits and fasting is an extremely effective practice for such things. Its the ultimate deprogramming mechanism. Fasting from more than just food is where it gets really interesting where greater consciousness becomes apparent. Breathing is primary, everything else is secondary.
  19. Could be many reasons, tech companies also have a lot of radiation and electronics which cause havoc on the nervous system. You must find ways to counter balance the negatives. I would look into some Adaptogenic herbs or find something more in Alignment with who you really are and what you truly wish to experience. Does any part of you feel you are not doing what you love and enjoy? Its usually a key player beyond all that other stuff.

  21. @Orb In my observations I have come to feel that visuals or hallucinations are somewhat representations of over-active/busy mind. When I am out in nature living in the bush, the over-stimulation of the mind and thoughts naturally calm down and eventually cease to be, and I have had many occasions where I took shrooms and nothing changed in my state, sometimes even diminishing my natural state because I took them not actually when I needed but rather as curious experimentation. You will notice in the city or environments with excess stimulation and activeness, you will hallucinate more, whereas in nature devoid of most of the city-madness you will 'trip' less but experience more. I feel the hallucinations are a sort of self-hypnotizing mechanism for the mind to let go and oneself to return to the presence of Being. Cause that's all it really is, once you are truly present, you no longer trip, the trip and substance itself fades and you are left with Self (the dominating energy of existence) whom is creating the reality and illusion of the substance itself. I once had too much LSD and I consciously sobered myself up by deep breathing and conscious will. @Rose Well done, water and showers help a lot to cleanse and release old energies, as well as massaging yourself and doing some stretching/yoga and dancing, all of these will help you loosen up and relax into the experience. I would try 2.3g next 🙂 1.4g is rather low but good taste for first time.

I've always enjoyed with Honey or Cacao chocolate that I would either I grind up and mix in, or drizzle and chew well 🙂 Another good method is to soak in lemon juice then add hot tea (tulsi, lemon, ginger has been my favorite with mushrooms) and steep for 10 - 15 minutes then strain, if desired.
  23. The sacred fluids of the body, sperm/semen, cerebrospinal / plasma ect... This is common ancient knowledge passed down by the great masters. Dan Winters is great spiritual-scientist who has many talks on Plasma, DNA, Ascension and Ancient/lost knowledges. Sexual energy is Creative energy. Exercise (allows the channels of the body to open and release) so the energy effectively circulates throughout the body and is not stagnant in specific places resulting in unbalance of energy flow. This is why Yoga Asanas and similar methods are very popular today. Opening up the bodies channels allows one to be naturally more 'receptive' to Source energy or the Greater Energy that is you.
