  1. Meditation is the relaxation of all effort and focus, it is the resting within your beingness, it is a let-go, not an effort or task. Exercise or Chanting beforehand helps you relax and let-go easier. Blessings ~
  2. Breathe In the Love into the Heart Space, Breathe Out the Love into the World Space ~ Ahhhhhh...
  3. Yes, yet this is still a immature form of love and not an expression of (true love), because when you can also be totally away from another and feel the same oneness and love with one-another as if they are right there with you, is an even greater integration of the wholeness of love and being, a grander unity of love and freedom. This is what would be considered "True Love"/Unconditional Love or Gods Love. Its The All Encompassing, Total Inclusion / Divine Union.
  4. Does it usually happen gradually or abruptly? Both & None. Is it truly just one realization that you can never forget? Only the body-mind/illusion has experience of forgetfulness that appears to blurr the awareness of being with the play of the experience. (forgetting you are the screen and adopting the reality of the movie and characters within the movie that are playing within the screen). Awareness itself is always in perfect clarity. The screen never changes yet the movie 'appears' too, hence the illusion of forgetting. Once it happens, is it possible for you to ever go back to your prior “way” in life? Or it’s a point of no return? Both & None
  5. Well done, I usually do 16 - 20 hours daily without food. You can start by intermittent fasting and eating no later than 6 - 8 pm and no sooner than midday. This is ideal for the body and have supportive herbal teas in between, sometimes cacao or matcha or coffee is used for those challenging transitioning days. Once you get the hang of it you can try skip a whole day, or just do a short 3 - 4 day fast. Then slowly introduce food, one food at a time. (very important). Then maybe in few weeks or few months try aim for 7 days, 14, 21 and so on. A supportive and peaceful environment is ideal or it can be challenging. You can also do a fruit/veg juice fast which gives you some extra energy and vitamins for support in the city life to get a "feel" of things or teas. All the best 🙂
  6. Shilajit is super-concentrated mineral extract rich in fulvic acid, so you feel good because you are getting the minerals you need for ideal function in day to day life. Most our foods are so deficient in minerals due to chemical warfare and industrial mining and pollution that we rarely get all the optimum nutrition. So when we take things like Cacao, Shilajit, Spirulina ect.. we feel really good and alive and strong, how we are naturally meant to. Its powerful stuff so less is more, a rice grain amount is enough up to twice a day. Take some days off too for a balance.
  7. I have been guided to deter away from the toad / 5-meo or synthetics in general. Often you only need a small "nudge" back to presence and doing too much can send our nervous system on overdrive and the excess energy can cause "burnout". Stick to Mushrooms, Cactus, Iboga, Aya (within respectable dosages). Careful not to feed the mind with substance because then you only feed the mind, inner-freedom is more about fasting than feeding then adjusting the middle.
  8. One mans success is another mans misery.
  9. A fun way you could put it... that the deeper one goes into truth, the further one expands, reaching and relating to more aspects of consciousness thus can relate / relay other versions or lives whom which all occur simultaneously. Old soul is simply a wise soul who has experienced some real life hard or easyship and matured a lot.
  10. I only find it relevant If I am living there, I never watch the news for this reason. Too much unnecessary bombardment of things I cannot help or change.
  11. You can think of the Earth as different parts of your body. Some parts have more trauma and pain and suffering than others because they have been abused and used incorrectly from its natural way or design, those parts / places only need more love, attention, support. Be the example you wish to see ~
  12. Thanks for sharing, I can relate with much of this. What helped me a lot over the years was spending time in nature, either in organic farms or with indigenous communities and living naturally and simply. Meditation has always been close to my heart & soul and healthy diet/lifestyle habits, as well as herbal, sound and light therapies. Psilocybin mushrooms have helped tremendously especially when it comes to trauma and emotional/childhood healing, especially when the Intention and Focus is there, the teacher will remind you ❤️ Namaste ~
  13. In complete stillness the whole universe dances - Lao Tzu That's why 🙂
