  2. Thank you for being bold. I definitely agree with you - your post its good for refreshing my memory. Its very easy to fall into believing thoughts about what awareness or we are. Most easy, when I am having difficulties or stress in life. 🤍
  3. @PhilDo you know how i start disliking my people? I will tell you. So there are thoughts that make me hate myself or hate my people who are bigger than me. So i am in a conflict. To become big i know what i have to do but i cant do it because i am not made for those things. I cant handle it. So normally I should let it to the end but i interrupt it. So i lose equanimity. Does this make sense? This paragraph is a good case of what i am trying to explain. I should be able to start small and become big if i deserve it right? It doesnt have to be either or?
  4. @Orbi also would really like to have a better understanding on how to focus. My idea is that you have to put your mind in the things you want to focus on for an extended period. @Philmy idea of equanimity is when i let go of trying or defending. What would you say that equanimity is? @Dimawhen you say wonder about is - do you mean like being mindfulness? Things are passing by and you are the observer. If this is it then i agree with you - it is very underestimated.

  11. I think it is worthwhile to try to look the world in a pretty normal fashion. I am glad that you have found other people who are enlightened or w.e who are less wierd than us. @Orbhave you noticed the desire for holding your ground and what do you think about it?
  12. The awareness that you are putting onto something is what has to "transform" and take over, you do this by not dealing with your awareness. Not dealing with awareness in the purest form is like forgetting to deal with it, metaphorically speaking. Eventually, awareness of awareness or awareness takes over and is fully yourself or you can say you are awareness - in the lesser form so to speak, awareness is the feeling of attention which is also called focus - that is practically and directly formed by itself. If it is not working, be aware of your entire body forcefully as you then do some activity but forget that you have to continue to be aware, it can feel like you are giving effort but ideally it is effortless. When a thought comes about you have to be aware of your body and the activity - let that thought go and eventually forget that you let it go, if you try to become aware of the activity let that also go and forget that you let it go. Test it and try to find what works for you. If still not working, don't think too much and most importantly take a break from your normal life and from awareness. The shit side of awareness is that it created you this condition you are in and you will remember and deal with everything through this condition. Awareness can totally latch into idea or a relationship or the sense of reality and fully develop that as your new reality. I am speculating you are having a weird sense of reality, projecting more and you forget a lot of things that is happening around you.
  13. You can both stay present and keep other people and their psychology with you. First stop putting things into awareness, then forget that you stopped putting things into awareness, then you will be find yourself to be present to a very common ordinary and simple reality. Your sensitivity, you have forgot but it will work differently when present. Don't look inside the awareness - although, you will find there presence also but it will dissociate you form your whole self? This is the most important part. Its hard to explain since this is happening all the time. If it is not working just take a vacation from the awareness, ideas about the awareness, finding source.
  14. The long time ago is memories from the past. The sense of my apparent self is the sense of being real person that is talking with other real persons outside in the world while simultaneously sensing the totality of experience as you.

But just to understand - you feel you are the body, the thoughts, might also have the feeling of attention around your stomach, and the life is perceived very simply and ordinary right? If you approach to speak to someone there is no fear or any perceived things that can make you afraid?
  16. The first two example i tried them out long time ago and they are not a good example. All one has to do is go for the vortex/presence and live life from that (now i understand what you mean with vortex). If you try to become presence you make magic, if you are triggered or afraid you still make magic. If the magic <flows> is becoming presence so to speak. Magic is the sense of your apparent self - the idea is not to put attention on it but let it flow or be present. If you find this there will not be fear of physical death or “physiological death”. Even in the muddy or disconnected situation the vortex pattern will follow but it is much painful.
  17. Fear can be solved conceptually. If you are afraid of heights and someone puts puts you on a rock climbing wall, initially you will feel yourself falling, so its not just an emotion. Lets say you are hooked to a harness and a rope, you can reason with the situation and say to yourself that you are hooked to a rope there is a small chance you will fall. After some time there will not be any noticeable fear. Just that. It just exposure to that activity. I am not sure if it will work for all but it works for me. I agree with you when you say that emotion is not a thing. Very good point! I think to believe that emotion is a thing is very closely related to experience reality what it is described as solipsism? Would you agree on this one? Not sure how can one form that belief other wise.
