  1. Hope you have any thoughts regarding this topic but what i noticed is that when i believe in other people it feels that i am getting better in time. I feel like my adhd has been improved and i find it easier to connect with other people without feeling too embarsees about mhy self or my past.
  2. You are nowhere fiuuu πŸ˜„ πŸ˜›. You are experiencing this moment. Direct experience is just a way how to explain your phenomenal experience; mind is like a sponge but no state last forever. When you feel lost just go to sleep or talk to a person that is close to you. Don't overthink it too much. Stay with people around you. Sleep as much as possible. Drink water. Dean Kontz says " a great deal of phenomenal experience has been fostered in me a flexibility of the mind and imagination that some might call madness"

  4. You have to understand or realize that you are as good as you are. You don’t have to change who you are all the time. Keep going forward. Take your past and present with you and overcome it. If you accept that you are who you have become then you will have a future. You will live live in present and be able to unstuck yourself from the past much easier. More embodied and stable. If you stuck in trying to find a new road every day a better way of functioning, Trying to hide your Actual self in hope of showing the world a better self than you are just wasting time. Your actual self might relate to the world in unconventional or odd manner but that is fine. This is for myself. For you it might be different you might find your happiness and comfort in your own terms.
  5. Expression is hard to describe the how but it is really based on what happens to you and how you contain that thing (emotionally, thought like, words). The key is to believe in yourself, detach from what is happening and let it express itself. I don't know how to put it in words but it will make you feel really good.
  6. By default one let's go of its past but sometimes this process is slower. For some it might take longer - in my case it takes longer time to "forget" someone. I notice that in my case grief is a necessary step(maybe the final step) before i let go of someone.
  7. + I recently felt at moments that conditioning and direct experience were not at odds and it felt good, like tranquility, joy and self leadership. Do you mean something what i am mentioning here? @Mandy Is so hard not to take things personally, but I will try. !!
  8. Best for realizing no self is socializing as much as you can. Try to make friends that want to understand you and that make you feel that everything will be alright.
  9. I cant clean my body people have to say i forgive you or something like this in order that it get clean.
