  4. @Blessed2 Emotion is guidance… to the experiencing of… what is wanted. Expression of emotions experienced is not ‘about myself’. The scale ends at the top and is not a spiral. The spiral / loop / resistance is self referential thoughts.

    If you can make yourself suffer… what term do you use for how these interpretations feel? How do you feel guilty, as compared to everyone else who experiences the emotion guilt? How do you determine good and bad people without opinions and judgment? What are you hoping understanding leads to? If you know people are or aren’t insecure, how does the emotion insecurity fit in? How is clarity developed? Get what? Is a mind actually found, are is there an experience of thoughts (about a mind)? Check & see. Either it is or isn’t. Because of what thoughts are made of. Watch your mind, or are aware of thoughts? Are thoughts negative, or is negative a thought? Are thoughts painful, as in you could point to where the pain is specifically, or are you experiencing suffering which can’t be pointed to? Do you care more about how you feel or being right? Define good. Define bad. Do you care more about how you feel, or saying whatever thought pops up? People tend to suffer until the distinction between pain & suffering is acknowledged, as well as emotions. Often there’s a phase of projecting emotions. Like blaming someone for how they feel before acknowledging blame is felt.

    Heartbreak sucks, but also stands to break the heart open to Truth. While it could seem semantical or insignificant, are you sure that’s what you feel like? As opposed to how the interpretations feel? If the situation is bad & problematic, and you’re deluding yourself and ugly - what’s interpretation? Do you ‘lack emotions’? If emotion(s) is how thoughts feel… emotion is prior to meaning, yes? Do you know who the good people are and who the bad people are? Is there a preference to be with someone who believes they are ugly / anything less than beautiful? It’s all attraction. Exploring that changes the orientation (future) & is the relief / release of suffering. Is anything but thoughts found in regard to this alleged mind? 🤔 That’s like a half step to what thoughts are made of, which makes a Whole bunch of sense as to why thoughts feel discord & aligned. This disregards feeling entirely though, while in earnestly all that’s wanted is feeling (wholeness, completeness, self-assuredness, self-confidence, peace, love, etc). You are both good, and also one of you is experiencing some denial (of that you are Good) creating drama. What’d he learn? That’s one interpretation. Maybe there’s something to learn. No worries at all. Heartbreak is such bullshit. You say whatever the hell you want to say here sweetie.
  8. Excellent. Any sort of feeling, or a thought? In Nothing, or as Nothing? Maybe the emotional scale represents truth (“the top”)… and a thought (seemingly via the separate self of thoughts… “leaving the top / moving downward”)… while the discord / alignment felt is of thoughts, and is felt by feeling, which is appearing as, “a thought”. Can that which is appearing as, ever be “beyond”? Maybe “metaphysics” is a misunderstanding; a discordant thought.

    How does the preference to be with someone else equal lack? Do you prefer to be with someone (else) going forward? That means there’s lack…? Is he / are you the Ultimate Decider of who is and who isn’t, special… and who is and isn’t, lacking? What if judgment is felt by wholeness?

  11. The study of isn’t quite the same as the direct experience of. The study of is the direct experience of the study. (Psychology is “the scientific study of the human mind and its functions, especially those affecting behavior in a given context.”) There’s an apparent experience of the study of, yet ‘the human mind’ has never (and will never) actually be experienced. The lens-sphere is not a “human mind”. Human mind, as well as God’s Mind, are interpretations, thoughts, which appear in, of & as, the lens-sphere. Consider the concept ‘social anxiety’. If pessimism, boredom & contentment are acknowledged, felt… is there still (any experience of) “social anxiety”? Can what is only available ‘inside’ (alignment) be attained or obtained ‘outside’ (so to speak). Is it a preference being denied? Yes it is.
  12. Nailed it. That’s what I’m saying. There isn’t. What’s amazing is that it seems like there is. It’s a most loaded question (why is there something rather than nothing). Probably the most loaded question possible. The reality of something & nothing is one & the same as how amazing it is that there seems to be normal, mundane. Like looking at a chair seems totally normal, mundane. That there’s no chair, but the thought & perception, making it seems like there’s a chair, makes “a chair” the most amazing experience. Not to mention… and “I can sit in it”… WHAT!??? 🤯
  13. Yes, neither of those ‘pendulum swings’ will resonate. It’s like pushing left & right on the spoon and it just not bending. Of course it’s you that bends. Maybe what’s extraordinary, down right supernatural, is that there is no normal, ordinary, mundane, mediocure etc. How amazing is it that it seems like there is? Causation as well. ‘I’m like this, and that means this’. That it seems true is astounding, isn’t it!? Perfection and more perfection just wouldn’t seem to be experience. Why is there something rather than nothing?

  16. You’re not a / the universe. There is no universe. You’re what’s appearing as the thought, ‘universe’, & perception and sensation. As you are what’s appearing as the so-called universe, there isn’t the separate self of thoughts, the doer. You’re appearing right now only. Thoughts about there being a past, in which you created, are experienced right now only. There is no me which thinks (it’s separate). Thinks is the thought, thinks. There’s no actual experience of thinking or a thinker, which thinks or is thinking. It’s about the same as going to the movies. You never sit at the movies wondering what you’re trying to achieve. The movie is the point. This is already the movie. You forget or overlook your infinitude and unconditionality by being the movie. You are unthinkable and unbelievable because you are appearing as the thoughts. Ineffable being is perfection. There is nothing boring about you, it’s just that for there to be any experience you have to be it. As you be you overlook that you are what’s being. Perfection isn’t bored or boring, it’s just that there’s nothing appearing. It’s a lot like wanting to know if the light in the refrigerator stays on when the door is closed. By all means, create goals, get out of your own way, allow an experience the manifestation. But this in total has no beginning or end, does not know what beginnings and endings are. Might be indicative of overlooking preference appears, and manifestation matches. Yet it is exactly like vacuuming a floor with or without the vacuum plugged in. If you actually believe you don’t like or even something like a family member, friend, job, etc. really anything… You are like a vacuum, which is not plugged in. just going through the motions. Nothing actually changing. In the vein of dummying down as much as possible… If you want shit to change, plug-in first. If you’d like a friendship or a relationship to change in some way, love first. If you want the job, you have to change, or you want a different job, love first. Love your friend or your significant other exactly how they are, sincerely and genuinely. Love the job. You have exactly how it is, sincerely and genuinely. If you’re struggling with that, you’re struggling with appreciation. There is a quick fast easy resolve. Mark one day on your calendar, which will be spent selflessly. Spend the day helping people that could use some help. You will achieve nothing. You will get nothing out of it. You will not gain anything whatsoever. But you will feel the truth. There is no separate self. It’s thoughts. Because you are infinite and indivisible, you can never be anything. Because you are infinite and formless, you can appear as anything. So you go with the only option available, appearing as this and veiling yourself of your own infinitude and unconditionality, and this makes it seem like there is a separate self. If you can figure out some other way I’m all ears. What’s the anxiety about? That is actually happening. That’s why the thoughts feel that way. There is no anxiety in acknowledging the emotions you are already feeling. Combining Bigfoot and unicorn does not make a big foot unicorn. Simply sit in a quiet room. No screens on. No music. Nobody rambling on about anything. Just sit in a room quietly alone. Enjoy the effortlessness of arising preferences. There is no one to tell you what you want. No one is needed for preferences to arise. No. This is a right now only appearance. This is the point. There is no secondary point. Meaning, purpose, value and worth are egocentric beliefs. Ignorance, misidentification. You’re literally the only entity that believes there are separate selves. It’s hysterical. Total innocence, but infinitely funny. You are 100%, absolutely, infinitely and eternally – alone. There is no one else. There is nothing else. But alone is not lonely. Lonely is more stage blue anthropomorphizing (thoughts). Alone is home, perfection, complete, whole, fulfillment, blissful in and of yourself (feeling),
  17. It’s not possible or logical and would require two me’s. Even then, it would just be an opinion, a judgment. There’s a thought about a self which is finite and does not exist, and the guidance of unworthiness, indicating how the thought “I feel unworthy “ feels, as to whether it resonates or not. Unworthy is an adjective. Adjectives describe nouns. Nouns are a person, place or thing. Even if believed you are a person… Who is applying the adjective to you? Who are you applying to? Also, is there an expectation of feeling worthy? To who? In short, it’s how a thought feels not how you feel. So what is the thought?
  18. That’s a belief. There is no negative / second Source of attraction. The discord of the belief is felt, emotional guidance is refused, and the discord is projected as judgment. There are no unsavory characters, only the belief / judgment that there is. Acknowledging the intrinsic guidance (emotions) dispelled & liberates this. It’s within you to lift the forum up.

Which statement resonates with innocence because it’s honest? Maybe when the emotion is acknowledged in regard to what transpired at that job, the emotion is no longer projected (at the siblings)? I was beat to death. I acknowledged emotions, experienced tremendous relief, self-realized and moved on. Were you ever beat to death?

And thought resumes… with a narrative about a “thinker” which “thinks” and a “tryer” which “tries” (over time), which is separate of (in space) what is believed to come to “it”. Absolutely. 🥰 And thought resumes… about a separate self which is scared and has “it” (whatever it is believed to be) and could lose “it”. Writing thoughts out on the backside, and all the ‘subject object’ stuff clicking… the epiphanies, insights, revelations. How’s it feel? How awesome is it using the scale, that it’s there whenever needed… to ‘walk yourself back to yourself’? How’s it feel? Fear being an emotion for example?

How’s it feel? Writing thoughts out on the backside, and all the ‘subject object’ stuff clicking… the epiphanies, insights, revelations. How’s it feel? How awesome is it using the scale, that it’s there whenever needed… to ‘walk yourself back to yourself’? How’s it feel?
