  4. I'm feeling better today. If it weren't for this forum. A lot of my time is spent in doing things that I don't need to be doing.
  5. I woke up but with nightmares. It was a bad experience. I recovered though.

  10. The internet has a problem of gang stalkers with a strong memory. It can be depressing.
  11. Yesterday was a stressed day for me. It was April 27 . Morning began with a call with Phil. And after that the rest of the day certain events unfolded with my family and my stress levels rose significantly. Then the gang stalking began.
  12. I feel like I am surrounded by gangstalkers again. Not just on here though. But somewhere else. Gangstalkers are the kind of people that I should avoid in my life.

    You have been through something I went through. You might want to check out Crappy Childhood Fairy channel on YouTube where she explains the phenomenon of limerence - an excessive attachment to someone who isn't emotionally available. I had developed an attachment to my ex boyfriend who treated me as "unimportant" And he dumped me. I was hurt and felt wounded and impacted very badly. It caused depression and I sort of lost myself. I wanted his validation very badly. I wanted to do everything with him. It felt like everything was Meaningless without him. My emotions were similar to yours and so I can relate to what you went through the guy. However there is one difference. He did not remain friends with me so it was much easier for me to forget him. I suggest you to cut off contact with this guy who you were with. Because he is a source of torment to you. That's not healthy to your mental health. You need to be away from what's hurting you. You have to gradually (it won't happen abruptly) forget him, move on and find someone who has a deep respect and a loving care for your well being. Right now this won't be easy for you but always hang onto hope. I know how you feel and you did a good job opening up about it. Try to get into your regular gear, he should not be a part of your life anymore even mentally, don't let him stay in your mind rent free. Take care of yourself, you are more beautiful than you know.

Write it down and stick that to a place where you can see it often and remind yourself of your highest intention for the season. Get rid of background recurring thoughts. Do mindfulness for autism I think mindfulness exercises will help with my autism to redirect my attention and improve focus. Bullet focus. One part of autism is inability to respond to surroundings. I think mindfulness can help with that. I have a mind racing hyperactivity hypereactivity instability issues. Spend time outdoors whenever I'm hyper on thoughts or mind racing. Observations I made about my autism - My mind can suddenly and abruptly go blank. My mind can go racing with 20 Thoughts in 20 separate lanes which is a autistic hyperactivity. My brain can develop Dysregulation and brain fog. I suffer the following symptoms - discombobulation - disorientation - Dysregulation - dissociation I also suffer the following symptoms - - sensory overload - brain zapping due to anxiety - nightmares - mind numbing and mind blank - brain fog and sleepwalking, dissociation - freeze response - autistic hyperactivity - mind racing - anger issues, irritability, agitation and aggression - sleep paralysis once a year Reward time - 12 pm Friday, April 26, 2024.
