Somehow what I have noticed about myself and other people like me (I jokingly refer to these people as type B, the ones who have always nursed their wounds and honed their identity under the shadow of type A people. I honed my diminutive identity around my mom because she always has to be this big person walking around, getting stuff done. Studies have shown that when you have a dominant personality, your survival mechanism involves being as submissive as possible or being diminutive as a consequence of that dominance. You're going to shrink psychologically as a direct impact of bigger people walking around you and I mean bigger in personality, not stature. This is also observed in plants. When you have a bigger plant, other plants around them are often stunted and experienced reduced height or get dwarfed. That's why taller plants are separated from the shorter ones to facilitate proper and fuller growth of smaller plants. If you have a dominating mother or father making you walk on eggshells your entire childhood, your own personality will shrink, you'll be type B as a direct harmful impact of a type A walking around you. A type B person in my opinion will have poorly framed boundaries, they will be unable to say no, unable to walk away promptly from bad situations. Unable to reject, people please a lot and not being opportunistic enough. The shadows that you'll develop will be mostly Anti type A shadows. You will hate optimism. You'll embrace passivity and always be reluctant to any Type A activity or decision making style. Recognize this and work on your shadows.
  2. How about not giving someone the chance to judge you or project on you. Just cut the shit already. Once you're aware be witty. No personal messages. No entertaining other people's drama or nonsense.
  3. For someone who has a Borderline Personality disorder, even a little bit of instability or chaos can be life threatening. So it's best to keep it all trimmed down to something simple and nourishing. Something quite easy and just simple. Nothing complicated at all. Just very literal simple and without drama.
  4. The thing is that you don't have to invest much thought into anything at all. It's pretty pointless to begin with. If anything is that complicated that it needs much investment of thought, then it's not worth it anyway. It's best to abdicate it and throw it all away in the favor of lighter more simpler things in life. There's no magic in chaos. This often is the case in passive aggressive relationships where you find it difficult to point out what's exactly is going or seemingly wrong in it. That's because it feels like you'll only succeed if you figure it all out. This is clearly (even though it's not entirely bad Or doesn't appear directly bad enough) stressful already as it is and you'll be in doubt. You have to decide if you want this state of mind. The Empire State of mind is free, not passive aggressive or desperately grasping at straws. If your state of mind is unclear about something then just give it up. I know. I know. It's hard. You always feel like. Even though I'm not a type A person. I don't get frustrated very easily (a downside perhaps), I always feel like i can take it or it's no big deal until it's way worse than i thought it would be. Especially when it's way beyond time for me to repair it. This leads to regret over past faults. You have to understand that people like me ( you that is me) have a tendency to wait it out as long as the inner patience isn't completely wearing out. This is too risky, too vulnerable. This is one of the ways in which I inadvertently attract drama. I wait till it gets worse. That shouldn't be the way. It's not always about the sixth sense. Sometimes it's about common sense. Just being at least 1% wiser than yesterday. See how much difference it makes. When you keep waiting for things to get worse, you make it worse for yourself unwittingly. Strike while the iron is hot. Make hay when the sun shines. A stitch in time saves nine. Nothing is worse for your consciousness than to let everything be destroyed by one casual mistake. If you have come so far, it is tiring to keep working overtime but the opposite of it is not going to give you any relief. You invite your own burdens. Opportunism is not meant only for situations where you have to gain something, it is also meant for situations where you don't want to lose what you already have. You see that? Take your hand away as soon as it gets hot. Get out of the kitchen. These things are easier said than done.
  5. There is only one vibration that echoes through everything that's beautiful and serene - the vibration of love.
  6. What's higher wisdom and higher guidance? Connect with your higher self. The reason you can't is because you're stuck at lower vibration. A higher vibration feels like? It feels like being liberated, being free, being stress free, being truly connected, being appreciated, being loved, being accepted. Higher vibrations recharge us. It's like a battery charger. It instantly puts us in a no drama state. It heals, revitalizes. It feels free flowing, without judgement. It is kind hearted and resonant. It feels like a love language. Constantly living in this state slowly changes the frequency of the brain and makes the brain more resonant to positive experiences and growth and then your body and mind automatically recognize bullshit when it's said or done, your bullshit meter is sharper and stronger and can easily detect even minor changes that might affect your positive zen state. And you do everything to stay away from it. It's like spiritual high vibration is like bright sunshine. And people who have lived in darkness for too long won't ever be able to appreciate sunshine. You need to live in sunshine to kinda be struck with Deja Vu during moments of darkness, to feel that power being sapped out of you, to be reminded of that sunshine again.
