  1. If you were in hell, and absolutely certain that there is no way for you to go out of it, then you would have no choice but totally surrender to it and that would be the end of suffering, because true suffering comes from the belief that you can leave it, and that makes you search for your way out incessantly, and i feel like that's what creates real suffering, whether in a hypothetical realm like hell, or in our direct daily experience. It is the never ending confusion of "should i just need to surrender, and be an absolute nondoer, for i have no choice, or should i try to find my way out, and try to be a decider and doer", that is the thing that causes the greatest suffering. It is the feeling that i have free will and choice, and that there is something i can do other than just surrendering to the hell fire, so to speak, that might be better and more beneficial, etc, for me. I'm not sure if the real pain actually comes from the negative circumstances, even if it is as exaggerated as the idea of burning in an eternal hell, or if it comes from the resistance to the hell fire, so to speak. If you could really just say to the reality "okay, do whatever you want to me, torture me if you want, i will not resist", then i wonder what would happen. Just being, and completely letting go of the sense of decidership and doership. What if we could accept that reality is absolutely absurd, and surrender to it instead of fighting against it? And if we are in a mode of fighting against it, surrendering to our mode of fighting against it also? I mean, i, more and more, come to believe that it really is about surrendering to the awareness, or letting go of the oars, so to speak, and letting all of this be about surrendering to the inner stillness, in a sense, instead of trying to think our ways through it. When i look at all scientists, philosophers, and even spiritual beings and mystics, in a sense, what i see is that it is all about the never ending attempt of trying to think and "logic" your way through it, maybe even without realizing that that mode of being just gets you deeper and deeper into the mud. But the desire of the mind to understand it in a formulatable way, i think that might even be the very frickin thing that gets you further and further from it.
  2. I think, instead of trying to jump to a higher frequency, it is more beneficial to simply acknowledge what your current frequency, or emotion, is, and just allow yourself to relax into it and surrender to it. And i don't think it is not really very important for the scale to be precise for your experience, because i think it is just created as a possible road map. The key is to help you acknowledge how you are feeling and what you are thinking briefly, without getting too lost in the details, and relax into it by acknowledging it, so to speak. Trying to make a jump to a higher frequency actually turns you even further upstream, at least in my experience, hmm.
  3. Don't try to do that, simply trust that your inner being already knows all the specifics that you want, all the specifics within specifics within specifics, and you just need to learn to relax and allow. Do the vibrational work, meaning just relax and allow yourself to be taken more and more into the flow of your true nature.
  4. Yeah, i think we need to simply be focused on the now, and our vibrational frequency in the now, so to speak, because our inner being already knows what it is that we really want and can guide us to that path if we only learn how to relax and allow.
  5. Yeah, but you need to do geniune shadow work and meditate, and maybe a combination of these two, it might even be better.
  6. The desire creation process is a complex one, and when you try to imagine and think your way to it, instead of feeling and relaxing way your to it, it might be quite uncomfortable, because you don't necessarily know what exactly it is that you want from your conscious level.
  7. Hey, i watched some of your youtube videos recently, they are pretty good, i appreciate that, thank you.
  8. The reason there started a thought called feminism was good reasons, to help the equality between man and woman increase. But, of course, it also contains its negative and positive aspects in itself, and can become the new tyranny, for every idea has its opposite within itself.
  9. There are many studies that show that meditation is beneficial in many ways. The physicist John Hagelin has lots of talks about that, check it on youtube. The reason meditation is beneficial, in my opinion, is that you simply allow yourself to relax and release resistance by letting your mind more free space.
  10. Duality is needed for there to be a "journey" to nonduality. Nonduality needs duality to be nonduality.
  11. Meditative awareness of where you are. Simply accept where you, what your current thought and feeling is, and simply relax into it, in a sense.
  12. In moments of strong negative emotion, it might be best to just try to relax as much as you can without trying to change your active thoughts. Because if you try to change your thoughts in such moments, it is like you trying to stop a car that comes towards you at a very high speed, as abraham often says.
  13. Whenever you put "it" into words, it becomes another stream of words amongst endless other streams of words.
