Usually I can barely feet my feet but they are going a bit crazy with sensation right now. It is like things just get downloaded out of the unconscious when I do the vagus never exercises now. Where this writing is coming from, then I have to go back and feel again. Loop Posted January 6, 2023 Author Share Posted January 6, 2023 (edited) So many releases happening up and down my spine lately, When the nerves are synchronized the energy going down & up the spine feels like this milky smooth substance, the vertebrae are always shifting around for me, I’m a really tall person so trying to aline my spine is like constructing a skyscraper. Letting it fall, seeing where it stayed lined up, realigning, letting it fall again. I’m also a bit underweight so the vertebra are all really easy to see on my bare back, makes it easy for manual therapist to move them around, but they don’t stay in place very well because I have so much flexibility🙃 I feel I want to be eating more and focus on gaining muscle, bring this noodle boy to gain a little mass and more strength. I has wayyyy more flexibility then strength at the moment. I can kick someone’s head if they around 7 feet tall easily, but I can’t really wrestle too well, need more muscle for that. Also don’t think I really should be wrestling until my joints come into a deeper stability, otherwise I might damage them. Just gotta keep working on my Tai Chi to aline to joints & lifting weights at the gym. I love writing all these poems, more will come when they come as I embrace more of needing less. 😋 The difference between want and need can be synonymous to Awareness & unawareness. Chasing your tail vs sinking into the Unconscious. Language is an endless dance, can you see between the lines? Well as so as you find it you loose It, Love on the run, Fear chasing its tail for some, Emotion showing growing hum. Soft as Source’s touch can be, The Eye of Milky Sea, Tears drop in tea, Warming the belly to be Free, Absolutely. If I picked one of, Protect your energies first, Collapse yourself with great thirst, For spirituality, Not thought. To rot in a knot away from Home, To not realize it is realized alone, But for all to stand tall, No one there to stall. Trauma collapses as pain, No one is in anyway, But that isn’t the end of the distain, For transformation is underway, Don’t get thrown off hear her voice, He won’t get another chance, Lost in a trance, Looped away into a dance. Black hole stole away the sin, Empty it all into the bin, Awaken the fire within, The Bird sores up high, The Plants are grounding the sighs, Itchy lie lids, Hide & seek she hid, The smell of grandmas pies. To take another cookie from the jar, Well, Maybe it isn’t too far, As a kid wishes upon a star, A teenager crashes in a car, The adult cries the why away, And returns to a child, For creativity to go wild, Just my style, And yours is right, Just don’t get lost in some imaginary fight, Look for friends, Don’t stop who you are, Just look back and know who’s Home, Is holding your back up with Source’s Tone. Conditioning isn’t yours, Dreamy demons tore, Away your self-worth, Return and know the Heart, No-start. Cluttered cob webs, Nothing was ever said, A learned language, But the heart of Feeling, Can only I be, I-Sea, Love’s tea ☕️ Warmed by poem, Danced by tone.
