The recognition that this isn't any-thing aka nothing. Im not human, a soul, etc. When the belief in self drops, whats left is a mystery but I'll call it the Self or Nothingness or Love. There is healing though especially from trauma and behavior patterns that are still unhealthy for sure, my relationship with my gf has shown me this lol. Definitely deep work being done. But the Non-Dual at this point is undeniable, whether im on substances or sober, whether Sadness or Joy is experienced, the "Not Two" is undeniable. Im also super inspired to serve my brothers and sisters!
