Emotional suppression is being called these, same as subconscious, parts of me, etc, etc, etc. Obviously an infinite being doesn’t experience these finite things. Emotions aren’t finite things. There is no “past” in which a “separate self” was and experienced. The separate self is always thought to be in a past or future - and is never present. In accordance with direct experience, there is no separate self present right now. Just conditioning & conjecture, apparently. Spiritual ego seems to beget the overlooking of, spiritual ego.
