A pet-peeve of mine is single spaces after periods.  I prefer two spaces after periods.  This is a stylistic choice of mine although when I was in college writing philosophy papers that's how we were instructed to do it.  But I guess the single space after a period today a standard.  Same thing with the hypen vs. the dash.  the dash is two hyphens -- not this -.  Although I find the hyphen often looks better as a dash because our writing is becoming more condensed with technology.  This is probably why the single space after a period has come back as a stylistic dominant.  One space after periods makes sentences look overly mooshed together in my opinion.  Don't get me started on people who don't uppercase letters when that's absolutely required lol.  I'm also realizing I'm not a huge fan of overuse of emojis either -- but don't let my taste dictate anything for anyone.

My pet peeve is bad writing.  This ^ post is a good example of generally bad writing. Let's just make that a rule here, no bad writing.  I understand if English is a second language, but there's no excuse for this.

It's still down - with no communication from Leo at all - i think its a week now.

HIs blog is tied to the website/forum so unless he putx out a video no one knows what is going on.  And all videos stopped months ago.

I hope all is well with him, that's all i can say.  It could be nothing, but i've never seen it offline for this long, its usually just a few hours.

I can't imagine he had a complete disaster and failure of the hard drives - its possible though - i'm not sure what type of redundancy he had and I don't think he hosted it in the cloud.

Maybe he just finally realized what an utterly sad joke it all was.  Maybe you should too.

This is projection like a movie. But not like a movie in the sense there’s something or someone projecting and something or someone projected upon.

I'd say that's the defining feature of "projection like a movie", so...if it's not projecting like that, why use the term, unless it's more like something else that projects?

  4. (Expletive deleted), we're either talking about something like what the thread offered as a subject or not, we can totally not, but why is my counterpoint the sticking point where its gone too far and we cant actually talk about the proposed subject anyway?

@Jonas Long I get it, it seems pretty serious when you're a person in a world of people.

Isn't it funny you've been calling out my mistakes as meaningful when you are misreading me, and making mistakes of your own in your responses?
