Blessed2
I'm going to backbacking a whole month this summer, and I'd like to have one or two good books with me. I'm looking for stuff that really shines the light, something that open doors and truly makes you feel better and aligned. I'm probably going to take the Gospel of Thomas with me. I also thought of Rupert Spira's You Are The Happiness You Seek, but it's quite expensive to ship to my country. Any recommendations? I'm looking for something poetic and uplifting, something to really taste the truth. Adeptus Psychonautica
Firstly - get a kindle so you are not restricted in how many books you can carry, and the battery will easily last the month. In terms of recommendations I just finished Piranesi and thought it was beautiful, thought provoking, and very uplifting - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/50202953-piranesi Its the story of a man who lives in a world that seems like a dream, and who completely accepts the strange events that occur within this place, and seems to find joy and gratitude from what takes place there even as events become increasingly bizarre. I found myself wishing I could look at the world in the same way that this character does.
