  1. It makes sense. Shrooms are amazing, body feels so amazing on shrooms... however... you can feel the same just by meditating daily... I felt body in similar way at the end of 10-days Vipassana retreat. It's not a state, it's just you focusing not on thinking but on yourself... basically source of thinking and breathing... it's strange but by focusing on anything rather than on thinking... like on breathing... and relaxing into it .. you can feel yourself truly. It is your Guidance... you are guiding yourself... by focusing on different thoughts... choose better feeling thought... let go what doesn't feel good... pretty much the whole game. Namaste.

  3. Imagine, you have a dream at night and inside your dream you are asking what is going to happen when a dream character disappears, is there going to be a scene of hell/heaven? Up to you, this is your dream 😉
  4. Psychedelics is the thing... amazing tool, but it may be very difficult to let go psychedelics, see that it's not psychedelics but you who is a pure magic... anyway... grateful to @Phil that helped to let go of 5-MeO-DMT 🙂
  5. as above so below 🙂 You can't help anyone until you help yourself first... in neo-advaita platitudes it'd be: "there is nothing but you" or as Ramana Maharshi said: "Your own Self-Realization is the greatest service you can render the world." 🙏
  6. @Tarak what if you don't need anything and everything all right with you now? Just start from that place of wholeness, then you can just explore meditation, substances, etc, from the place of exploring/enjoyment rather than neediness. It's all good with you now, don't believe in thinking narrative that something is wrong, you can loose something - nothing to lose, it's all good now, deep breath, relax, love yourself.
  7. @Tarak feels like there is a preference for blaming yourself. That's example of focusing on what doesn't feel good, try opposite - focusing on what feels good. If there is a belief that cannabis "solves" "your" "problems", maybe try something else: 5-MeO-DMT for example.... it may open the eyes that the only substance here is love/you, so nothing can help you but you.
  8. Just love her as much as you can, without trying to change her, just deep breath in her presence, focus on breathing rather than thought pattern. Heal yourself first so to speak. If looking from another angle - basics first: healthy food, enough of sleep (rest), physical activity, etc... encourage a solid foundation by example.
  9. By letting go that there is state of consciousness, that there is permanence. The only permanence is impermanence that is permanence (a.k.a. eternal). Who is "I" that don't want? Just focus on thinking that feels good rather than not.

  11. Noone, or you, everything believes in thinking, thinking is also noone, or you, everything 😁 quite confusing. Start small. Let say you are angry on someone: there is a choice - react or let anger go by switching attention from thinking to something else (e.g. deep breathing), by relaxing. That's exactly the difference between being conscious of thoughts or unconscious. See it as a skill that can be build via daily meditation, psychedelics, etc - skill of letting thinking go, skill of seeing that there is a gap between you and thinking, you are not just thinking. So, once skill is built go and test it in real life situations, go to someone that annoy you and show how you love them 🫶

    It's like with everything - do not expect any outcome, just relax, observe, enjoy. Whether to research on topic or not is up to you. I started to research (read books, taking online courses) after I did a Reiki session afaik.
  13. There is no mind that pull attention to thinking, there is just believing in thinking. See thinking as birds singing, the task is stop listening to birds (do not react) that don't feel good, just let them go, pass by.
  14. My tip is to follow all the retreat rules, do all the practices, relax, enjoy food, enjoy this precious time for a self realization.

  17. @Orb that's the most important thing - to enjoy. This whole show is just for you to enjoy. In times when there is no enjoyment just notice that you are not thinking but observer, observe observer so to speak 🙏

You are the meditation, so there is only meditation, so can't self realise without it. 😂 But yeah, meditation practice is only needed for realisation that you don't need it, just notice during the day that you are awareness and not just thinking... but also it's very helpful to have both: morning 1 hour spiritual routine and do the work of noticing by undoing during the day.

  20. Yes and no. Surely if you truly want, but you know the only thing what you really want is just be, this fucking moment. But yes, dreamboard works since you are creation itself.
