Reena Posted April 3 Author Share Posted April 3 (edited) I. Slept but it wasn't the right way to sleep. I feel guilty. Today is April 3. 3pm. I have realized that my mother has severe mental illness type A. And i have severe mental illness inherited from her type A and other caused by years of abuse and emotional deprivation type B. I slept off with my head tilted upwards causing strain on my neck. Just a terrible way to fall asleep. As you age, you begin to neglect things.
