Yesterday aversion came up at around 12:30pm, today it started at 4pm. That's 4 hours more of unfettered clarity! Which means a smaller window of aversion. There was no desire for delta 8 today, that was easy. Tomorrow when the aversion starts to creep up later in the day, I will go for a ride on my bicycle and listen to music. You ever think you desire to watch porn because you have an aversion for it? Like, I don't watch porn, but there is a beauty to be found in porn, an appreciation of sort. It's like wanting to watch a scary movie because you hate the bad dreams it gives you, the movie is actually crap, but you let the fear suck you the other way like a vacuum. Just throwing it out there, next time you watch porn even if it's when you try not to, appreciate it, look at the beauty, the humanity and nature, traditions, culture, the culture of hiding this part of society. The women are gorgeous, you get to see people expressing their sexual sides. Everyone has their own "limits" when it comes to substances/habits. I agree the watching and desiring porn is aversion, enjoyment isn't actually from the submitting to pleasure it's from acceptance, I don't see how you truly enjoy porn while you also deny yourself to watch it. I don't mean enjoy it as seek pleasure from it, I intentionally avoided the word enjoy actually, I said appreciate it.
