Hi all, Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

The way I see it is that all there really is, is awareness/consciousness and in it's manifest form (awareness with qualities/Saguna Brahman) it is an appearance of an "apparent" person/object/world. To say there is no independent, volitional person is also correct as I see it, because what "seems" to be a person is as I said, only "apparently" real. It's awareness under the spell of ignorance to think we are actually separate. The apparent person exists, as it is experienced, but it is not "real"- definition of real being what doesn't come/go and doesn't change. Just my 2 cents

Thanks. I can't speak for Phil, but I'm pretty sure if he hadn't been ostracized by Leo from Actualized, then this forum wouldn't have been created in the first place. Some ppl over there like to get it twisted that this forum happened first, but that's not true.

It's one thing to ban someone because they've racked up points and another to chop their head off with a whooping 20 pt ban, however I get it, some things are worth 20 points, not many, but a few. I have no idea what the exact situation was of your ban, but yeah, sucks. I pretty much knew my days at Actualized were going to be over when I came here as a mod, so it was no real surprise I was banned.

Awe, sending you good vibes 💕 I had one last week brought on by the dentist. He gave me novacaine then left the room for awhile to let it kick in and the epinephrine in it had me start shaking like a leaf, also it felt like I couldn't swallow because I was numb back to my throat. He walked in and I started to explain what was happening, then the crying started thinking I was going into anaphylactic shock! 😭 I'm a nurse, so of course if I think I can't swallow, then I'm immediately dying!!! Then, once I realized I was literally having a panic attack I sorta laughed 😅 and said, "oh, guess I over reacted, let's get the show on the road already!" Lol. But, seriously, he said "yep, I see a lot of panic attacks around here, lol". I love my dentist. He's the best.

Leo is a public figure by his own creation and he continues to post "personal" juicy information about himself that people "will" talk about and let's be honest. He's not stupid. He knows ppl will talk about it and I don't think he really cares too much. It might not be the nicest thing to do, but it is what it is. I sorta think that Leo is happy as long as ppl are focused on Leo...good or bad. I personally don't wish Leo any bad vibes. He never did anything to me personally, except, "hem"...banning me. But, I deserved it. 😂

@Mandy @Blessed2 We got hit hard with 2 blizzards in a row the other day! Winter is definitely here!!🥶 @Mandy The female cardinal bird by the water bowl had hit the patio window right before the deer arrived. I got our cat carrier and put a towel in it, then put the bird in it after the deer left, because it was getting dark and the raccoons wouldv'e gotten it. I put in in the spare room, but poor thing was dead the next morning. 😢

The economy has a lot has to do with who is president here and the laws they pass and shutting down the fuel lines, etc, ect.... I voted Democrat for most of my life, but not anymore. I wouldn't say I'm completely a rightist just because I vote that direction, because I don't agree with "everything" they do either, but honestly I just don't care THAT much.
