Ah ok, so keeping the poisoned arrow in is like the “I need to figure out what I’m suffering from”, & removing it is in the noticing “I don’t need to suffer for this.” Yes, but I guess what I am saying is that the conscious skillful expression of the suppression is the letting go, is the transmutation. I just don’t find the pointer of letting go to be useful, & maybe even a hindrance to just expressing what is there. I don’t have to get rid of anything. Yep. I’m just talking about how there seems to be stages & steps until there isn’t anymore.
  2. @Phil Interesting, I like what you said about the spheres. Not sure what you mean by “fletcher & Disney love”? It seems like there isn’t any choice to focus on, or not focus on, or hold the ball, or let it go. It just seems like there is expression, & that expression is the transmutation of the contractions, & discordant thoughts into relaxation, & resonant thoughts. There seems to be degrees in which the expression is aware/ skillful or not, & the more it is, the deeper the transmutation. Before going into ‘riding the ox backwards’, is it like ‘turtles all the way down’? As in, there is just pointings that are useful to follow up until a point, & then we don’t need it anymore? We can get off the turtle, maybe get on a different turtle, until we don’t need anymore turtles? Thus, letting go/ releasing is one of those pointers that isn’t needed anymore eventually? It seems to me, through conscious expression the addiction to thoughts (or anything) lets go of You, rather that you let go of it so to speak. So I’m wondering if there is even a need to point to “Letting go”. It just kinda feels like leaping before you look, or putting the cart in front of the horse by pointing to letting go.

  5. @Phil is there really any letting go or release? To me there only seems to be transmutation. There is no outside of What Is, what would let go of what? It seems the dis-ease is transmuted into well-being through expression.
  6. I want to make something clear about this thread. It isn’t about what you are suffering from, like a symptom or disease, or anything that seems to be not you. It is actually about what you are suffering for. So then, the question isn’t ”What is it coming from?”, but “Why?” The dis-ease is the result of believing we need to be a certain way for a certain thing to happen.
  7. @A Tim The funny thing is, it is actually working with all the emotions. Every emotion is Love calling us back in a sense. When we express Love & Appreciation, it unveils all the other emotions that are lost so to speak. Love would allow itself to sink back to the bottom of the scale to build itself back up, from the Ground up. It would allow the expression of everything that opposes it, as it is all that. The expression then allows for more flow, & deeper unveiling of What We Are. Positive Feedback Loop. ♻️
  8. Expressing Love/ Appreciation/ Joy is the most clarifying emotion ever. All the opposing thoughts will come up about all the things you believe you can’t love, or don’t want to love, & shows us immediately what to look at for Empowerment, & Freedom. We find it in the expression of how those thoughts feel.
  9. The idea of motivation is a self-referential thought loop. Motivation is intrinsic, it isn’t something you could ever gain or lose. ❤️‍🔥 Don’t find motivation, do things that naturally feel resonate to you. Take responsibility for what you are feeling, this is the way out of chronic pain, going straight into it. Pain is ok. Most if not all beliefs are something we are using to avoid what we call painful. Fear is ‘False Evidence Appearing Real’. The emotion is telling you how the current of thought feels, not true. We might not notice when we bring up a thought like “Pain is ok.”, the fear is actually about the thought “Pain is not ok.” that got triggered by bringing up the thought that it is ok. Fear of pain is how the thought “Pain is not ok.” feels, & it is telling you that thought really doesn’t feel good. “I don’t have to get rid of pain (contraction, or knot)”.
  10. Take the hand off. Expressing the feeling of suppression is the transmutation of suppression into unveiling what is being held back. The Shame ID is the only illusion in its way, yet might seem like ten thousand things. Yet, “Thought is one at a time, the thought ‘a million thoughts’ is one thought.” @Phil The Shame ID is only ever found in thought, it is never felt as Emotion.
  11. Commands are belief held like “I can’t _____.” & “I have to ______.”, they are the core of the identification of shame. Identification is what shame is. To stay safe we needed to create a mask to live. Thus needed to believe certain things we could never do “I can’t”, & certain things we need to do “I have to”. This is the core of conditioning, shame is the prime self-referential thought, it isn’t an emotion. 🪞❤️‍🔥🪞
  12. Awesome, let me know if you come to anything interesting. Doubt I find to be like a void of destruction sometimes. Kinda Disappointing. 😁 Not enoughness! Yeah, Doubts & confusing one for me too. I got more on Blame to add though: Blame is like playing hot potato with responsibility. It is a useful expression as it feels better, & is more clarifying than feeling Powerless, or Discouraged. We don’t need to blame blame! Confidence comes with taking responsibility, & that feels even better than Blame. Though it might not seem that way as there might be fear with commands like “I can’t take responsibility.” & beliefs that you aren’t responsible. Thus, Blame. “I am not responsible, you are! This illness is! Society is! Fuuuuuuck!” The more that is expressed, the more Blame transforms into taking responsibility. Into Worry. 🤍😡😤😮‍💨🧐
  13. Yes, this exactly is the discord defending itself in a sense, innocently. Instead of the discord being listened to & finding the truth, or resonance which transforms it so to speak.
