Because solipsism is thinking . Without thinking there cannot be solipsism. But guess what ..that's also the case with nonduality. All worldviews must be skewed. However..some are more representative of truth than others . Solipsism is a very powerful Epistemological stance . You can never ever disprove it .

It's unfortunate for people who came to conclude it freshly (just recently )like OP. for me.. I'm making peace with this fact day after day . Well..loneliness sucks . I remember in my childhood.. I would cry a rever whenever my parents leave the house and leave me all by myself in the house. Don't ask me why being alone sucks ..because I don't know .it just fucking sucks Just like being sick sucks.

It's not that complicated... All that exists is the Self . "Others" are yourself. I'm you..you are me. The same consciousness is looking through our eyes This is what all spiritual traditions and gurus have taught since the dawn of time.

@Phil i can claim that im awakened i can watch a video or read a book and completely understand what is being referred to. I can conceptually totally get it. I can use my mind and conceptually think this into a belief.. but I don’t. I can look around right now and put myself in a frame of mind where I can make it seem completely obvious. Yet I am not conscious of it. Therefore I would just be bullshitting myself into believing I had awoken to it. My conclusion is that this is the case for you. You’ve tricked yourself that you have awoken. I genuinely would like to think not.. but the way you’ve portrayed this in the previous post really reveals your understanding is limited and there are DEFINITELY levels of awakening you dont comprehend yet .

But how can you be awake When you say there is no self which can awaken or people who can awaken? Tbh Sounds like a crock of nonsense. Why can't people awaken ? What's the difference between Buddha and me ? Why can't there be levels of clarity? In the same way in a nightly Dream..you can be totally lost in the dream..or you can become lucid..and there are many degrees of lucidity... You don't understand awakening at the highest levels . You only realize no self and love...but there are much more amazing facets of awakening that you are missing and you will never reach them so long as you keep denying that they exist in the first place (self-fulfilling prophecy).

That's a different story. There is no such thing as be all end all authority. The world is just a collection of people telling each others what to do...that happens with Phil and with Leo and with you and me etc ...so no ..I don't have to choose which ones are worth cooperating with. Some people are too anti-authoritarian for its own sake. Reasonable people will follow whatever ideas are reasonable..even if the people saying them give off an intrusive vibe when doing so. So I actually resonate more with Leo because of the simplicity of his teaching . But there is no denying that Phil as well knows what's up .

I wouldn't know . According to him you became a broken record rehashing "there is no you " and "that's just a thought " even when people were looking for practical advice ..and you were having issues communicating because you speak a spooky technical language that nobody seemed to understand but you . That's what he said . In the end . It is his forum..and you tried (either consciously or unintentionally) to be the biggest authority or the one who knows it all . And apparently that didn't sit well with him because he wants himself to be the biggest authority since it is his forum ..not yours .
