Why am I Such an Adrenaline Junkie?

I just love going balls to the wall with everything. Like drinking a nice cup of coffee and then riding my bike for 40 minutes until I'm drenched in sweat and then doing it again at the end of the day and sleeping like 4 hours bc of how pumped up I am and feeling my legs aching every night bc I'm either running on an elliptical or riding my bike 2x everyday. 

 

What are practices that can simultaneously relax my body? 

 

I'm going crazy with this hype feeling.

Maybe once in a while, but not daily. Seems like a waste of time in my opinion, but if he enjoyes it and he has the time then by all means. But some relatively short daily jogging would be enough

I guess you already know this is your main problem. You need to sleep ideally like 2x that ammount.
