It's a shame that people get to dictate what mental illness is or how a person should or should not behave when they are mentally ill. Talk about arrogance and ignorance but overly judgemental.

It’s believed someone says ‘you have this’, and it’s believed, ‘I have this’. 

 

Then the mind ruminates endlessly, recontextualizing reality to accommodate a haver. 

 

The haver is incompatible with reality. 

 

 

The belief there is a haver is claimed to be known.

The knower is incompatible with reality.

 

 

The arrogance is that it wasn’t a belief in the first place.

Don't quite understand. Really interested in arrogance as i see it appearing a lot for me, and it doesn't  feel good.

There is no knower, there is no known, there is no knowing. This is reality as is. Nondual. 

Thoughts arise and are innocently believed, such as that there is a knower, knowing, and a known(s). 

Humility (liberation) is ‘I don’t know’, and checking. 

Arrogance (suffering) is an insistence a belief is not a belief, but rather “what I knows” is true. 

 

Nothing’s happening.

It seems a knower knows, “I don’t understand”, yet knows what does and doesn’t appear for me, the knower. 

 

There is no understander, there is no understood, there is no understanding. This is reality as is. 

Thoughts arise and are innocently believed, such as that there is an understander, understanding, and an understood.
