Yea I have noticed the benefits of fasting too lately.

 

Something like water-fasting a full day once every week and/or only eating between 16-21 PM every day etc. might be very helpful.

 

I'll attempt a full day on sunday.

 

Personally, the hardest 'part' is just boredom. 😂
