Self. Focus. When a discordant belief is held it continues to appear in thought & perception as if the universe were being a lesson to dispel the belief. But the feeling never changes. The belief arises in changing scenarios, relationships & endeavors, but the feeling when this is experienced is always the same. The energy you give off is what you will get reflected back to you by reality. Reality is a teacher that likes to mirror your energy back to you in hopes you will grow. This why psychedelics are such a useful too because they amplify awareness of this. Law of Attraction is a real thing. You get what you give, and you get what you're wise enough to receive. You're rewarded for learning lessons in life. Karma is real. Some people have a subconscious deathwish that pollutes their life and those they relate with. These are the people reality keeps knocking on the forehead telling them to wake up! You're here. I like to think in terms of ascending energy vortex and descending energy vortex -- and we all experience both in life.
