  2. meditate 10 min every hour while u r awake this is the shortcut and fasting if u can.
  3. does consuming any paid content for free creates bad karma? if so , how does this bad karma manifest ? does buying drugs from suppliers help them survive and so with the addictive people who are dependent on the supplier keep on suffering bec people keep buying from him ? , apply this to all similar kind of consumer & supplier chain does this create bad karma?

There is multiple ways of fasting that i tried , fasting for 3 days straight no food only water when needed not much , and ramadan fasting and other random intermittent fasting , with the 3 days fasting your mind will be so fucking sharp like a huge gone off down also u will feel more light and aware, with ramadan fasting accompanied with spiritual practice ur Kundalini will fire up gradually during the month reaching its peak at the end , the last type of fasting i dont know what the effects are bec u can be doing it without knowing i only eat one time in the day so the effects are the same but lesser. There is no tips really except meditation, it will help u with doing it for a longer time like with 3 or 4 days consecutively.
  5. I felt this multiple times but I am not the one who controls it idk how it works but I felt the presence of my loved ones at random times it doesn't last for a long time (multiple months), what is your experience with it if u had some experience?
  6. detach, use the awareness u cultivated from meditation and quit addictions from a place of god consciousness. u can let go of the thoughts about addictions and old habits by being mindful. even if u did that stuff do it from a place of detachment. you are not your habits, so from this place of detachment and god consciousness ask ur self what do u want to create so u focus on what u want to create and u will forget all the other stuff
  7. idk I just want things to be novel like I am in a utopia, so I think it is more of cultivating those feelings and perceptions feeling like everything is magical
  8. I can't do it now I have chosen a different major, and I want to switch between dreams I don't want to be stuck in one dream lol where to miss around? I don't want to go to a jail
  9. what is EAF? any other suggestions except Israel and fucking ukraine. why tf would I go to Ukraine so boring and depressing country lol the monsters there are jokers
