What my life should be like. What I think my parents would probably want my life to be like. In a sense also what I'd want for it to be like. But it's a pie in the sky really. Reena Posted May 3 Author Share Posted May 3 What would my perfect day look like? Answer - meditation 2 × 15 early morning. Some form of yoga in the morning. Looking at a rose video. Listening to bird calls, any form of mood music. Brush teeth Breakfast and tea Take my psychiatric meds Walking for 15minutes brisk walk Shower after walk. Step out fresh Proceed to farm work for a few hours to earn extra bucks I want 3 posts per day minimum in the cosmic lotus journal. Watch 4 videos per day on any mental health or spirituality topic. Watch 1 mood related or ASMR video 3 health related tasks Cook a yummy lunch or dinner or snack per day Read 1 book Or audiobook per day Do 2 hours of mental health exercises for either borderline personality disorder and or autism. 15 minutes of home cardio 20 minutes of journaling scattered throughout the day.
