Blessed2 Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 AKA vegetable puree soup. 1. Get a bunch frozen vegetables, many different kinds. All that stuff you know you should be eating. 2. Boil them, add some salt 3. Add spices if you like 4. Put all of it in a blender and blend until smooth And add more water if it's too thick. It'll probably taste like shit, but you can just drink it from a pint or a shaker or something in a few minutes without tasting too much of it. At least you're eating what your mom wants you to eat. Mandy Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 If want cheap and easy healthy food, buy frozen veggies, boil a few minutes in a small amount of water, drain water, if desired add lemon juice or oil or vegan butter. Super easy.
