Orb
Seems like what remains when anger, jealousy, fear are transmuted. I have the feeling this thread will produce life changing insight. Quote Mention ♾️

There's no need to know where I'm going though, the ox moves on its own. Quote Mention ♾️
Orb
I was in a restaurant hearing the different conversations in the room and simultaneously Aware of the Complete Fullness and Intimacy. The ignorance of the world brought fear and anger and it slowly started turning into what may be compassion. Compassion for the whole world, even if "the whole world" is a thought. Just compassion. Joseph Maynor
Compassion is telling someone what they don't want to hear but will actually cause them to develop a step or two. Quote Mention

Blessed2
Maybe compassion is also allowing others (and so yourself too) and yourself (and so others too) to feel, to desire, what they do. Like when a child experiences fear, they just run to mom and dad. There is no "I have to become more brave, I have to face my fear" for them. Most of us would allow a child to feel fear like that, not judge the desire to seek security. Do we allow ourselves and other grown ups to feel fear and run like that?
