And an "inward" momentum continues, sensation is experienced more and more deeper. The benefit is: everything. Orb Posted November 11, 2023 Author Share Posted November 11, 2023 I've been seeing this girl lately and she's amazing. Openminded, strong hearted, and beautiful. This is a time for feeling into fear and discordant thoughts. When it's time for us to part ways at the end of our "dates" there's a lot of sadness/heartbreak that comes up, I stay silent and just allow that feeling to arise and it settles down a bit. It's been very eye opening talking to a girl again. This time I clearly see when I begin to turn her into the source, now I can no longer go through that route of aversion. Done are the days of using a woman to fill the void of discord, now it's so obvious that the emotions arising are "my business" and not hers. I face the seemingly grim reality that even when you "get the girl", the work isn't done lol. She's sharp, she can sense how I'm feeling and checks on me when she can tell anxiety has come up, she's very perceptive, there's no getting away from "the work" as long as I'm with this woman. Upon allowing the emotions to pass, sensation smoothens out all resistance. Just feeling, just being, just Sensation. When sadness, anger, jealousy, resistance arise, simply be fully engaged in that emotion, and not even, not two. Simply let go of subject and object and let what is be. I will continue listening to this guidance. One thing that comes to mind is the insane level of vulnerability that is inherent in sensation, in liberation. It feels like an ocean of feeling. Like being underwater in a sea of feeling. Perception is gone. The observer is gone. There's only Feeling, and the Lens. More primal discord came up today, it was sickening. Today was a day like that, the storm came, and there was some aversion, but I stayed in the roots of the tree and didn't blow up, and that's more than enough.
