Emotionally cold environment in public transportation. 

People are afraid to even look at each other's eyes. 

Clearly feeling beaten down by having to wake up in the morning has its causes. Why surpress your need to change it? For what? An idea that somehow only coldness reflects reality actually?

Phah!

 

Getting into it is like puring a drop of iodine into water, its level of iodine increases but the concentration of the drop in iodine decreases. 

How to keep on your love level during that? 

 

The kids recognize it though.

How do you love bro/sis? 
 

Its very easy to love.
 

It feels like your carrying or caring about your self or others. Not sure how to explain it. You have to try it sometimes!

Environments are warm & cold in terms of temperature but not in terms of emotion. Fear is an emotion directly felt with respect to thoughts. There can be the thought others are feeling fear, but this isn’t actually experienced by you. It’s a projection of emotion you’re feeling, onto others or an environment. If emotional ‘coldness’ reflected actual reality, it’d feel aligned & great. 

 

‘Keeping your love level’ is the same as saying ‘keeping yourself level’. There aren’t levels of yourself, there are thoughts which just don’t jive with the truth of the love you are… and the experience of these thoughts & beliefs is felt. This is how thoughts of criticism feel to unconditional you. 

 

It is like wanting someone else to feel bad… not noticing that wanting leaves you desiring alignment. 

 

Take some time to write in a journal about what you appreciate rather than a thread about criticizing. You’ll feel your true nature. Your level-less, endless, boundless self. 🤍

Emotion is how thoughts feel. The thoughts about the environment feel ‘emotionally cold’, not the environment.

‘Sayin it like it actually is’ just to be as clear as possible - there is no such thing as ‘people’. There is the thought, or thoughts about there being separate selves, or, ‘people’.

It’s the thoughts, the beliefs, that don’t feel good to you; love.

Love isn’t in or of levels. Love is infinite. You are love. You are infinite. 

The love you are, and that I am is like the clear & endless sky. 

When clouds appear in the sky - the sky does not go somewhere or disappear. 

The analogy is for thoughts (clouds), and the true nature, love… and the emotions felt therein. When these thoughts of criticism & that other people feel afraid arise, it is the thoughts which are felt. It is not that the thoughts are true, and that is what’s felt. Put another way, this is how criticism & projection feels. It’s not how an environment & other people feel… which is really Good News… because if you’re honest, all you actually want is the feeling that you are, the feeling of the love that you are. 

 

From the perspective explored on this thread, you’d have to change the environment & other people, to be able to feel the love that you are. 

But in truth, you don’t have to change anything at all. Some thoughts are discordant simply because they aren’t true, and aren’t indicative of the truth, which is love, which is you. There is only to let the discordant thoughts go, which isn’t an action or a doing. It’s letting go of a continuing of doing, of action… which is focusing on discordant thoughts… even though it’s discordant, tiring, draining, etc. There is no effort is focusing instead on thoughts of appreciation.

I can't, that would be too easy. What have we learned then?

How do you expect yourself  letting go of your fears without working through them?

Letting go of the the discordant thoughts about emotionally cold being of the environment and fear something in others would be you working through your fears.
