Orb Posted July 9, 2022 Share Posted July 9, 2022 (edited) Hey guys, upon reflecting on the way things have been in my life, I finally took the step to bring my mom into the loop. I told her I need a few days to completely detox from everything and that I'm gonna be in a cocoon. Idk why but felt like posting this, I'm gonna be detoxing from everything (caffeine, nicotine, kratom, porn) all at once. I know I'm gonna be laying down all day and like a vegetable. I'm ready. I'll be taking L-Theanine in order to help the body relax and ease anxiety/depressive symptoms. In a few days, I'll start nibbling my way out of my cocoon and whatever comes out is gonna be awesome! I don't know if that's a smart thing or not. I do agree with stopping nicotine and kratom at the same time, but caffeine and porn could probably wait until your stable in my opinion, but if you can do it, more power to ya!!! Mandy Posted July 10, 2022 Share Posted July 10, 2022 @Orb I agree with Faith, and I think that more focus on creating and bringing some joy in might be the key rather than dramatic measures to "attack this problem." You know for yourself if it comes from inspiration, and is the next logical step or is coming from somewhere else. Orb Posted July 10, 2022 Author Share Posted July 10, 2022 (edited) @Mandy I hit rock bottom yesterday and it was very painful, got into suicidal territory (im better now). its too painful to drag this out, ive gotten to a point where I'm depressed while high or depressed while going through withdrawal.
