What you want is to feel more. To feel fully. As yourself. Unobscured by discordant beliefs. 

 

The discordant belief is that you want not to feel. The conceptual label for wanting to feel the fullness of yourself while believing you want not to feel is - anxiety. 

 

Keep it simple. Acknowledge the emotion on the scale which you’re experiencing. Allow the guidance to be felt and received, and you’re allowing an interpretation to change, and therein allowing alignment as well as what’s actually wanted to manifest.
