BlendingInfinite Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 (edited) I use Muse since some time now and find it great. Because of the biofeedback, it is easier to recognize distractions. Moreover, there are additional guided meditations and one can meditate on ones own heartbeat, posture etc. It also tracks the effects of breathing. https://choosemuse.com/muse-2/ Edited March 29, 2022 by BlendingInfinite Quote Mention You can derive it from simple logic Left means not right
Lucid Mystic Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 Interesting, may try it in the future. But ultimately I prefer bare bones meditation. No equipment required! (except your body). ;) Quote Mention
God Posted May 5, 2022 Posted May 5, 2022 Interesting. I was looking for something exactly like this a while ago. Seems they didn't bother adding binaural beat / AVS functionality. A shame. Quote Mention
BlendingInfinite Posted May 6, 2022 Author Posted May 6, 2022 @GodThis doesn't seem necessary. Moreover, you would have to wear AirPods or similar to not interfere with the sensors of the measuring device. Not everybody has this, though. Maybe this is of interest for youhttps://www.biocybernaut.com/ Quote Mention You can derive it from simple logic Left means not right
