God is healing, restoration and peace. The divine universe is healing, restoration and peace. The divine universe is divine intuition and intelligence. It's love. And compassion.
Every thing is healing, restoration and peace. Everything is fulfillment.
When we attune with the divine universe, we find healing, restoration, peace and fulfillment.
As long as there is disorder and discord in the world, there will be chaos and lack of peace or even a semblance of fulfillment.
With the divine universe, there's attunement, alignment, Harmony and no discord and so there's fulfillment and this fulfillment leads to peace.

Our lives are about being one with God. Everything else is materialism. Everything else is bullshit. And that's why it's so disordered and bad. With God nothing is disordered. There is no beauty or structure to this world. Yet God is a beautiful structure. God is Infinitude and peace.

Life is a prayer and there is nothing else left in life except God and a prayer.
God or the higher force, or intuition or the benevolent universe or by whatever name you call it.
The single greatest emotion that impacts us is fear followed by anger followed by emptiness.
God or the universe is the opposite of fear, anger, pessimism, emptiness and misery.
God or the universe is fortitude and a prayer is the channel for the soul to experience this fortitude.
There's nothing else except prayer, there's nothing else except fortitude.
Life is cold and life is brutal, the self is divine, and prayer is a blanket, the universe is protection. We are material beings and we have a divine spirit lodged in this material body.

Morning meditation
The first thing in the morning should be clarity in thought
Assessment day every fourth day.
I'll add these three things to my productivity routine along with prayer.

If you're inherently hating yourself then it can sabotage you. I hated myself for years for unknown reasons, I just felt like I was not very good at anything or that other people were more intelligent than me. So I used to feel dumb and stupid. Also I used to act stupid sometimes and then people would point out my stupidity and mistakes and I used to feel ashamed of myself. Also I held this sentiment that self love was selfish. I thought I'm selfish if I loved myself. So I found loving myself immoral or greedy. These days I have been practicing positive self affirmations where I tell myself that I'm wholesome and good (but a sneaky underhanded feeling that I'm still stupid comes up sometimes that is challenging to resist), yet these affirmations are gradually making me love myself. You should try it too.

Bipolarity is more of a spectrum, discord & alignement, consciousness & discordant thoughts, namely identity related.
At the rate we’re going there will soon be 8 billion specifically defined disorders, one for every ego, created through the veil of another ego (so to speak). Suppression, judgement & objectifying all around, heavon on earth.
