It doesn't have to even be something active you do. You can just give the intention internally to be presented with a little opportunity to show compassion. Even bringing yourself to do that is already a selfless thing to do.

Dairy is rubbish. It's only good as a caloric resource. But anything it has can be found more beneficial in any plant, without the negative health, ethical and environmental impacts. But if you enjoy it, well. Whose gonna keep you.
