Can I really feel loved no matter what?

 

Can I feel so loved on my own that I don't need a relationship? Or another person?

The choices are not independence vs dependence. Appreciation is alignment. I cannot appreciate and also notice that someone else is not appreciating me, but I can always appreciate and feel that appreciation directly.

@Devin yea sometimes the different phenomena of the world are beautiful.

Seems that way to someone who think he's missing out on some superior quality, but if you think dependence and independence are separate and at odds real independence will continue to elude you. Only from a perspective of separation are you dependent on sun and air and water, yet from a the perspective of appreciation these things are you.

Appreciation and love are one and the same, you just make a big deal out of your idea of love and so miss the actuality and so the word appreciation is more powerful to bring you back to the present and actuality of love. 🤷‍♂️It's as simple as finding some little thing to appreciate, like the way it feels when you take a deep breath and relax, or the way the light falls on a glass of water.

For sure. Perception & sensation are just so much more fascinating. Mind games, projection, conceptualizing the guidance, etc, all just kinda naturally become less alluring & fizzles out upon a certain maturity.
