Can Every Activity be Done with a Relaxed Jaw?

I've always clenched my jaw. Now walking around in the world with the jaw relaxed I feel so much peace and like I'm finally resting. 

 

Can everything be done with a relaxed jaw?

Your focus is on relaxation. Tension and relaxation are how the body functions, like there are high notes and low notes. The goal isn't to turn into a bowl of jello, or only eat jello for the rest of your life. 😊 Chronic tensions can dissolve mysteriously, but be careful about giving focus to the perceived source of the problem rather than to Source. I used to grind my teeth at night, and seemingly after having a "shift in consciousness" I don't do that anymore. But I was not at all thinking about or concerned about grinding my teeth that whole time, I just realized at some point after when I thought about it that it had stopped. Have faith that everything you want is on its way to you. All that you need to do is line up with it.

@Mandy I dont think its the problem, but that it is another tense reaction to discordant thoughts. 

 

Im only curious as to whether this jaw relaxation can be permanent, of course I mean chronic tension, not like if im chewing food there shouldnt be any tension.
