Take the first 1-2 hours of your day completely away from your usual life. For example, I like to spend the first hour of my day riding my bike getting a nice workout and watching the sun rise as it's early in the morning, I'm not around my job, my family, obligations, etc. Then, as you're enjoying these first 1-2 hours, visualize what you want and try to feel as if you have it already. For example, when I'm riding my bike, seeing the dark sky with the warm orange glowing horizon created by the rising sun I pretend i got 200k in my bank account and feel what it feels like to have that money. It feels great and so freeing! So I get to "escape" in the morning and ALSO have a little taste of what it feels like to have what I want. It's very simple to do this, and I suspect it's a very powerful practice.
