Blessed2 Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 (edited) Here's a fun thing I came up with: Notice the stuff around you: people, objects, scenery, weather etc. People is the best one for this. Look at the people walking by, sitting in restaurants etc. And then, just judge (positively!!) that person/thing, just by how they look right there and then. "That person looks like _________." Fill the blank. "That person looks like they have a great sense of humour" or "that person looks like they would be very safe to open up to" or "that person looks like a great parent" or "that person looks like they have a great taste in music". Literally just any positive thing that comes to mind by "judging a book by it's cover." If a negative judgement comes up, just don't feed it.
