Caloric Chaos (Help)

Help.

 

I don't know how people do it, how do people manage to get 2000 calories a day?

 

No joke this is a big concern for me diet-wise. 

 

The recommended amount of calories for males is 2000 calories. 

 

If I work my ass off to try and get a lot of calories the most I can get is 1400-1500, and this is after really trying!

 

Do you guys have any tips on this?

@Eothasian thanks, I'm currently dealing with an intolerance to peanut butter, like headaches and inflammation, although I'm suspecting cutting coffee out may improve my stomachs ability to absorb it!

 

Maybe just including nuts in general to my diet will help yea.
