Caloric Chaos (Help)

Help.

 

I don't know how people do it, how do people manage to get 2000 calories a day?

 

No joke this is a big concern for me diet-wise. 

 

The recommended amount of calories for males is 2000 calories. 

 

If I work my ass off to try and get a lot of calories the most I can get is 1400-1500, and this is after really trying!

 

Do you guys have any tips on this?
