Recommended Posts

I've been a good boy since the beginning of this year . Eating healthy .meditation. getting enough rest .sunlight etc

But it's been few weeks now that I'm experiencing a huge urge to just binge out on cigarettes ..video games ..fappig to the most despicable porn out there ..eating junk crap food that tastes fucking awesome etc

I don't want to fall into my old habits .

detach, use the awareness u cultivated from meditation and quit addictions from a place of god consciousness.

u can let go of the thoughts about addictions and old habits by being mindful.

even if u did that stuff do it from a place of detachment. you are not your habits, so from this place of detachment and god consciousness ask ur self what do u want to create so u focus on what u want to create and u will forget all the other stuff

When whipping through the forest on a minibike pegged at top speed - don’t look at the trees, you’ll crash into them. Look at the opening.

Hedonism is an example of diversity & freedom. Don’t judge, it only seems to give it power. It’s looking at the trees.

If a craving of old arises, take pause. Sit. Allow it to come & go. With each occurrence there is but more clarity these phenomena come & go within you, and hold no power over you.

Keep discovering the non.

It can also be helpful to play it all the way through. Why did you let these habits go? Where was that headed?

You made changes… where are you headed now? Focus on that. You won’t get there crashing into trees.

This is really good 🙏

"Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation. I seek no state of enlightenment. Neither do I remain where no enlightenment exists. Since I linger in neither condition, eyes cannot see me. If hundreds of birds strew my path with flowers, such praise would be meaningless."
