Kevin Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Big epiphany guys. The thought “I don’t like how I’m feeling” is resistance and doesn’t actually help. The thought comes up because of a lot of underlying assumptions like if I decide I don’t like something and resist it then it will change.
