How to express gratitude / intentionally give space for emotions?

So lately the acknowledgement, allowing and appreciating the full range of emotions has been showing up more and more, and feeling more and more aligned.

 

I feel inspired to do a "challenge" or "project" of offering an entire day to each bar of the emotional scale. Basically, not seeing emotions as problems to solve, but allowing and appreciating the entire range of it.

 

Any ideas of how to do that? Any rituals, practices, little acts / expressions come to mind?

 

 

There must be an effortless way.
