Blessed2 Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 So lately the acknowledgement, allowing and appreciating the full range of emotions has been showing up more and more, and feeling more and more aligned. I feel inspired to do a "challenge" or "project" of offering an entire day to each bar of the emotional scale. Basically, not seeing emotions as problems to solve, but allowing and appreciating the entire range of it. Any ideas of how to do that? Any rituals, practices, little acts / expressions come to mind? As discordant emotions arise, welcome them, and ground in presence. (Perception & sensation. ‘Be where you are’.)
