😂 Happens to the best of us.

 

Start by reading an introductory book. Gary R. Renard's Disappearance of the Universe is good.

 

Phil sometimes suggests to prepare a pack of tissues so you're ready when it starts hitting. For this one I recommend you also prepare a pack of adulthood diapers.

 

If there's any specific paragraphs etc. you'd like to have "translated", feel free to share.

 

If you aren't outrageously happy, you're functioning at a fraction of your potential.
