Meditation is clearing the mind of any thought activity, allowing it to come to rest. Again, push back please… but, my sentiment is, should I really be ‘getting in there’ meditation wise? I feel like that ‘space’ is not my place whatsoever. I feel like “guided meditations” are not meditation at all. There’s a place for them, and for affirmations etc, but I feel it’s critical to ‘hold meditation to be’ cessation oriented. Is this “absolutism”? Truly dunno. Quote Mention YouTube Website Sessions
