Reiki guided meditation

Push back, bust my chops…

Reiki is learned from hands on classes, or short of that, books and the practice itself.

Meditation is clearing the mind of any thought activity, allowing it to come to rest.

Again, push back please… but, my sentiment is, should I really be ‘getting in there’ meditation wise? I feel like that ‘space’ is not my place whatsoever. I feel like “guided meditations” are not meditation at all. There’s a place for them, and for affirmations etc, but I feel it’s critical to ‘hold meditation to be’ cessation oriented.

Is this “absolutism”?

Truly dunno.
